I’m not sure what’s changed here, possibly new management or ownership? Unfortunately, the experience just isn’t what it used to be. I rarely leave negative reviews, but we’ve noticed that many of the regular staff are no longer around, and it shows. The warm, knowledgeable, and welcoming vibe is missing. Food takes a long time to come out and often arrives cold, and drinks are also slow. After reading other reviews, it seems we’re not the only ones noticing these changes.

Our waitress, Blanca, was so much fun!! We were a party of 12 and she not only kept up with us, but she interacted and made sure we had everything we needed. I will ask for her everytime I come.

We've gotten food from here off and on since they opened in Richlands. Always good. ALWAYS. We talked about places we've never gotten any bad food from and this place and Jeff's Burgers in Jacksonville were the only two we could name. Always good, consistently.
