Lived here 2 years and go their often. I always get Bo's chicken sandwich. Always a great meal. Sometimes it takes a while to have your order taken. That is only because they are short staffed and they have told me that for the 2 years i have been here. But the workers there work very hard to try and keep up - it is not their fault - I always thank them for working! The attitude the staff at the drive thru was deplorable! The staff member was being outright pushy trying to rush us to hurry up. They got my order wrong, and I was not going back to have them make it right BECAUSE of the attitude the MANAGER had towards me. I will not use that store again. I would rather drive the 8 miles to the other one, less hassle, most of the time. I have informed my family and friends of the service at the Richlands location. My husband picked up an eight piece box of the smallest/greasy dark meat chicken today I've ever seen! Their chicken looked and tasted like it was left over from yesterday! The biscuits were good but it was definitely not worth the money or trip to pick it up. We probably won't be going back anytime soon.
