“My feelings about this Bojangles are definitely mixed. I’m actually happy to see that the old night manager who made pretty much every experience here horrible is no longer there. That honestly made me willing to give this location another chance, especially since I really don’t want to have to drive all the way to Jacksonville every time I want Bojangles.

Unfortunately, today I placed a pretty big order, and they were out of the ONE thing I was actually craving: coleslaw. They replaced it with mashed potatoes and gravy, which was appreciated, but when you’re craving something specific, everything else is just second best. 😂

That being said, I want to give credit where it’s due. The manager on duty today was genuinely apologetic that they didn’t have what I wanted. I also asked if I could try a little bit of one of the sauces, and he gave it to me at no extra charge. I know some places wouldn’t even bother doing something that small.

Sometimes it’s the little things that make up for the bigger disappointments. A little bit of kindness and good customer service can go a long way.

I’m willing to keep giving this location another chance. Hopefully the food availability improves, because I really do want to be able to enjoy my local Bojangles without having to make the drive to Jacksonville.“
