It's kind of hard to give 5 stars for atmosphere when there's no place for fine in seating, but the pizza is good!

I’ve always loved dominos, I placed an order tonight and got there just a minute or two before my order was done. It was a single pizza. I did curbside delivery which is what I have always done for years now. I notified the app that I was here, and I watched them inside as they worked as always while waiting for my food. I seen a single pizza was done so I assumed it was mine, waiting for the young girl to bring it, she ran outside and gave it to another customer in his car. I waited about 5 minutes or so until the same customer came back inside and brought the pizza in and gave it back to them. Obviously it wasn’t his. They placed the pizza on the top rack and didn’t look at it again. So I called them and asked if my pizza was ready because I’ve been waiting outside and no one had brought it to me and my order has been done for a few minutes now. and they checked around (mind you I was watching through their huge glass window) and they said they have it and will bring it out and I said if it was the pizza that was brought back and placed on the top shelf I don’t want it. And they said “ughhh okay let me see if it is and I’ll place you on hold” so I waited. And was left on hold. An employee said that the pizza was taken to another vehicle but the customer never touched it, they open the pizza box and show the pizza to make sure it’s correct before we hand it over. Per employee. And as I’ve said I’ve done this for years and never once has a employee done that, to me anyways…. I told them I didn’t want it, and I watched the gentleman bring my pizza in and watched them throw it on the top rack and no one came outside to figure out who the pizza belonged too. I worked as a server/bartender for 8 years and I explained it was shitty customer service. But I stayed and let them make another pizza. And paid for it… needless to say, better customer service is needed. No one is perfect, but do better. And don’t lie to a customer about their food not being handled by another customer when it in fact was…

The Service and Atmosphere was on point. The food, unfortunately, was lukewarm at best. I felt like the pizza was quickly made, and the toppings weren't even as they should have been. I wasn't happy, but these kids love pizza, so it is what it is!

My order was supposed to be out to my house in 25 to 30 minutes. I waited well over an hour and my order didn’t come so I call and ask for a store credit because I was on a tight schedule and didn’t want cold pizza. When I call today they told me my credit was only 10$ after I spent almost 40$. This is bad business.
We practically survive off Domino's deliveries. It must have been a new driver. The Ring doorbell video shows him wandering around, then finally leaving with our food. So much for leaving the tip on the app and touchless delivery. Their phone number rang busy over ? times. At last, I was able to awaken my young grandson to drive to their store. They happily handed him someone else's cold order.
