I have been in Richlands NC Dunkins both eating and pick-up . The Dunkin's Staff is outstanding . very courteous , friendly and professional . Keep up the good work .
Parking: I see no problems with parking . There is also a couple of Handicapped parking spots right by the front doors .

Went through the drive thru. If I were a manager there, I would not allow loud music to be played at the drive thru window. Very disrespectfully loud rap music was being played with vulgar language. The lady was nice but the rap was a let down. Dunkin' Donuts weren't and will never be as good as when they were made fresh. 😥

The worst. 4th time in a row I've tried to get donuts and they don't have any of the donuts I've ordered. Waited on the mobile pick up line for 15 for an order I placed 30 minutes before I arrived. They refund me with Dunkin cars I can never use because they don't have the donuts I order.

Actually, one of the worst services I have ever had. I say in the drive through for 25 minutes starting with only 8 cars in front of me. Just to see that there is a mobile order line that isnt advertised until you are 2 cars before the order call box. Once now in the mobile order line window, we sat there for 18 minutes before someone came to the window. The handed us 3 out of our 4 items ordered. When asked where the additional drink is the employee proceeded to give us attitude like we were inconveniencing him. He asked what the drink was. While bringing up the order on our phone, he said that he would just print the order and figure it out with attitude and disgust. I would never use this dunkin again. Waiting over 30 minutes to get our cold food, and get disrespected because they didnt fill our complete order. Do not go here.

I really given this Dunkin so many chances. But don’t bother wasting your money. Everytime you go everything is burnt. I even went back nicely to get a better one because customers actually work hard for their money and paying $7 for a sandwich I couldn’t let it slide like I have all the other times this day. Go back let them know they bring me back a charcoal hockey puck as a sandwich way worse than before. So you’re telling me I’m late for work at this point because I wanted to do something nice for myself and y’all can’t do your jobs the first time (they didn’t do it the second time either but we will get there) but then when I nicely come back yall purposely give me a piece of charcoal way worse than the first? My whole car smelt burnt. Everytime I go here it’s an awful anxiety filled experience. Never been to a Dunkin I absolutely hated until this one. It has made me never want to go back and I just go to Starbucks now atleast I know I’ll be paying for quality of the money I spend. Not some careless people who want a paycheck but burn others paychecks. lol anyways I agree with the lady who said corporate needs to go undercover for a week and see what we have to deal with I promise yall if corporate cared any at all they would lose it. Yall need to fire and rehire. Something’s got to give at this point. Yall stuff is way to expensive to be giving that.

We’ve always had a really good experience at this newer Dunkin’ Donuts however they do seem to be perpetually understaffed.each person working there gives it there all and my drinks are always perfect!!!

I was so blessed today by my Dunkin here in Richlands. Duncan doesn’t do free drinks, but mine does! They are always so sweet but today was a special gift to me. Thank you so much for being such awesome employees! Give them a raise.

my partner & I stopped on our way out of town, and the drive thru line wasn't too long, but took FOREVER to get through. we both tried one of their new holiday drinks, and both of them tasted a lil.... funky. I just chalked it up to the flavor since we were trying something new, but my partner swore it tasted spoiled.... well... here we are the next day hugging the toliet.... needless to say we won't be risking it at that location again.

This is the second time I’ve came around 5-6pm and they have no donuts? It’s kind of ridiculous to me that a DONUT place doesn’t have donuts at 5:50 pm. And they came in at two but can’t make more donuts?
Absolutely ridiculous. What I got in return probably wasn’t even equal to $15 I spent on ordering a dozen on the app. ALSO if there is not any donuts how in the heck can I order them on the app? WILD. Very disappointed.

I went one time and the guy was really rude, I didn’t even say anything but he acknowledged his attitude, said it was a long day and apologized, it happens. My complaint is the avocado toast with bacon, please start making it crumbled like it’s advertised and suppose to come. The whole slices of bacon is lazy and messy. This is the only Dunkin’ I ever been too that does it
