New to the area and this was my second time ordering from this restaurant. The food was not bad but the young lady behind the counter was unpleasant. I was told that my order was not quite ready which is fine. I waited quietly thinking that she would call my name when the order was complete. After about 20 minutes, I noticed an order had been sitting at the counter for a few minutes so I went up to ask. She seemed irritated and said my name like we had never spoken. When I said yes, she just kind pushed the bag towards me. No thank you, nothing. It was a fairly large order and I still tipped even though it was take out. Apparently I was a bother. That is something I work hard not to be so I guess I won't ever bother them again.

Normally their food & service are excellent, but my last order was bad. I had to ask for the crispy straps because they forgot them. I caught that before left. I drove home 10 miles just to find out they also forgot the sweet & sour sauce. I called them up and they told me I could come pick it up which did not make me happy at all. I drove 10 miles back to pick up the sauce for no apologies at all. I drove back 10 miles to finally get to eat. I then found out that my order was still wrong. I ordered pepper steak with onions & had pepper chicken instead which was not good at all to me. My total bill came to $61.00. I have been getting food there for years but their prices have gone up dramatically in the last couple of years. The service has gone in the crapper. Anytime the order was wrong in the past which wasn't very often they would at least say they were sorry. It's going to be a long time if I ever decide to spend my hard earned money for food at that place. Be very sure that you triple check your orders so you won't get disappointed

It's clean, I haven't ordered anything so far that we did not care for. Everything so far has been really good. Not to oily. No upset stomachs afterwards, either . They seem to be very friendly.
