The McDonald’s in Richlands N C has nasty incompetent workers. On Valentine’s Day I ordered food and the person working at tha pay window would not let me tap my card to pay. They have Nasty workers there . Not to mention cars where waiting Way to long to get food and get orders taken. I just took my business to Jacksonville. I called to speak to manager and I could hear them talking about me . My advice is don’t Go to this place ! Has too many issues and

Today was an unfortunate day… they made Me to wait for 20 min And they didn’t even come up to the front cashier until one of them realized that I was In front waiting, and most of the workers were complaining, But when My father came out the car and they saw that my father was getting annoyed and they ended up serving. But which makes me even more annoyed that I was the ONLY Hispanic there and they were ignoring me i DONT know if they were being rude or something.

first of all the attitudes are trash in this place. asked for a replaced order, because all 3 were cold in the middle of the sandwhiches, just to have us wait for 20 minutes for 3 sandwhiches?? every time ive been theres issues. an employee slammed the tray on my table so hard that my son’s sprite hit the ground. then the next time after the training manager asked if she got the chocolate milk with the order she said yes without hesitation, thus there was no milk. like i get fast food is hard no doubt i give people props who do it. just people who do it right and i can say theres only 2 employees ive interacted with there that DO deserve props. and a raise maybe. not trying to be that person but i will call it how i see it and hope it changes cus this place USED to be great…
shoutout to the older fella whos always cleaning in the lobby. such a rockin roll sweetheart :) and one of the managers has very good customer service but havent seen her lately.

Waited almost an hour to pay after placing order then when got to the window to pay said the order was kicked out the system so had to reorder when got drinks ice was melted an soda was watered down. Fries was cold

So McDonald’s is my go to for breakfast as you can see from my photos of the stake egg and cheese bagel, and hash brown, and when I go there for lunch I always get the double quarter pounder with bacon meal, and my sister gets a burger specially made with MAC sauce, and some kind of ice coffee.
Parking: The restaurant has parking spaces all around the building.
Wheelchair accessibility: It’s a first floor building with a wheelchair accessible door, and tables to sit at for a wheelchair.
This is a large hmm I asked the girl where the rest of it was she said that’s what the machine does for a large so after 4 or 5 of these sold mcds gets the free one hmm what a joke !!!

Was asked to pull up, and refused. No one was behind me, manager slammed the window in my face, I explained that Everytime I pull up they forget something and I have to walk in anyway. Manager said that never happens, then proceeds to forget my frappe.. lol can't make this up, avoid this dumpster fire, and the poor management.
