We stopped to get 2 small coffees. it was hot but the coffee was very weak and tasted like they used the same coffee grounds for several pots! it was AWFUL it was not drinkable. we poured it out. wasted our money

I swear this is my last visit. Tired of immediately being parked. 1 QP and small fry and I get parked for 3 minutes. Then you’d expect the fries would be hot and neither the fries nor the burger were hot.
At 6:30 at night have your “fast food” ready and hot. Won’t stop here anymore.

I spent 35 dollars for meals for me and my family and we got our food and there were 2 roaches in our food. One crawled out of a burger box and the other was in our nuggets box for me and the kids. I am so disgusted. I have never experienced this before and I am so sick to my stomach over it. Needless to say nothing was eaten and I won’t be back to this location.

Richlands>Beulaville If they mess up, they're quick to fix it if you let them know. Ive never had nearly as many problems from richlands as I do beulaville. If you're difficult like me and change your order 10 times, even up at the pay window (I know I suck), they still have a smile on their face and will gladly help. They have never made me feel like an inconvenience. If I didn't live 5 miles from beulaville and 25 from richlands, I'd go to richlands every time.
