I went in to use the restroom before ordering and the men's restroom had a broken soap dispenser. Both of the hand sanitizer stations in the lobby were also non-functional. I can't eat at places where employees can't wash their hands before leaving the restroom. When I informed the manager she was quite sassy in her reply so we left without eating.

Food at this McDonald's is often stale and not freshly cooked (especially the nuggets!). The drive thru is frustrating because they always force you into a parking spot and make you wait for your order. Some of the staff are really great and friendly and others are not.

Yes the service is slow and the food is luke warm, but after driving cross country and eating at several McDonald's...that's kinda how it is everywhere...Yall have to remember that these are understaffed, underpaid, teenagers who have school, sports, extracurricular etc and are usually tired. McDonald's, like many other crappy corporations, is having a huge staffing issue, just like Amazon. It's a crap job, so give these kids a break.

I waited 25 minutes before I went in and then the lady working in the back who appeared to be the MANAGER had a stank attitude with the girl asking and insisted that she did not have my ticket and never got it. She, as a manager made no attempt to get my food after I had waited that long. I got a refund but that was about it I will never ever go back to this McDonald's again and do not recommend it go down the road to Jacksonville. With mangers like her you won't have customers long, and Um surprised you ha e any employees. You would not talk to me like that at work and me not leave. As a customer, it's upsetting she did not care about getting me my food, so you lost money, and it is also upsetting to watch a Manger talk to her employees the way she was. She needs to be fired. I am reporting this to the FTC and BBB as they took my money, had me wait had no intention of bringing me my food, and did not care about getting it to me when I went in. Bad business practices.

After waiting 10 minutes for a six piece McNugget happy meal and a McFlurry get to the car to find out that there are roughly 5 french fries in the box that are cold. Thankfully, the McFlurry was cold but waiting 10 minutes for five cold french fries doesn’t quite seem worth it..
