I called and ordered a sub and 2 slices around 830p. The food was done in a timely manner, however when I got home I discovered the sandwich was made incorrectly and the pizza slices were greasy and soggy. I've had ok food here before but it is mostly disappointing. i called the store 3 times but no one answered the phone. The staff in the kitchen are always on their phones and seem to not want to be there. I'd rather drive to Jacksonville.

**Horrible Experience – Roach on My Plate!**

I wish I could give zero stars. My dining experience at Napoli's was absolutely disgusting. As I was halfway through my meal, I noticed a roach crawling across our dining table. To my horror, it made its way onto my dinner plate!

I immediately lost my appetite and informed the staff and manager, but their response was shockingly indifferent. A half-hearted apology, no sense of urgency—and never offered to replace the meal (as if I’d want to eat anything else after that!).

The hygiene standards here are clearly nonexistent, and I’m appalled that they think this is acceptable. If you're concerned about cleanliness, do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. I will NEVER dine here again.

Called, asked if they delivered…was told “we deliver 1/6 of a quarter mile. That’s 67 meters.. not only do you not understand fractions, but you do not deliver outside of your parking lot . Just tell people you don’t deliver.

They never bring the correct order for delivery. Just awful. Have also dined in and it’s just teenagers running around with no guidance, where’s the manager or the owner or anyone who understands it’s a job not a playground?

Just ordered 3 sandwiches. Took over 90mins to show up even though it’s an 8 minute drive down the road.

Steak sandwich came ice cold. Turkey and cheese all the way came with turkey, cheese, and lettuce…and burnt bread. Despite it being a COLD sandwich.

The food was fantastic and the service was quick and friendly. Unfortunately, half way through eating I noticed two roaches hiding in the corner. Totally turned me off, very gross.

Great Food! Great atmosphere, and friendly service!

The garlic knots here are unimaginably delicious. The consistency, flavor, and size are all phenomenal. The mozzarella sticks are delicious too. They’re always crispy and crunchy on the outside and gooey on the inside like mozz sticks should be.

Ordered delivery from this restaurant last night and was very disappointed. Pizza came hot but looks like they were completely tipped over in the drive here. Immediately call restaurant and they advised id get a refund. Never seen the refund.
