Went through drive thru ordered a cheese n bacon potato n fries
Told me to.pull up they were waiting for cheese sauce to heat up.
Both fries n baked potato were cold

I am not one to post or comment negative things but after returning home with my wife's order, I feel I must. I visited the Wendy's in Richlands. First and ONLY time. Bad enough they couldn't get the order, single with cheese and NOTHING else. Medium fried. Cheeseburger LOADED. Fries, cool at best. Try to call and get the following message, " The wireless customer you called is not available at this time". Try calling 910-430-1207, THERE posted phone number.

Absolutely stunning Wendy’s. Maybe it is newly redone. It was super nice. Decorated super cute for fall and outstanding customer service. Food made to order with a smile on everyone face.

Giving Carolina Restaurants aka Wendy's a five star rating for their food , service, and atmosphere. Right on time with warm and delicious breakfast and afternoon meals. Wendy's app allows consumers to earn rewards and discounts on some of my favorite menu selections. I suggest Dave's single combo with a side of bacon cheese fries and to wash it down with cold brevage, my choice is Dave's cherry coke.

I ordered burgers, fries and a drink. Went to pay and couldn't find my cash. Past embarrassed and holding up the line, the manager told me, "Don't worry about it; enjoy your food." Determined, I pulled into an open parking slot and searched me and my car. Wallah, I found my cash. I walked back to the window, and despite my insistent urging, the manager (a pretty lady) told me, "It's okay, enjoy your food." The still hot food wasn't the only warm feeling I felt. Thank you again for your generosity.

Tell the little girls to stop joking around and make sure they are doing their job. Get home and I'm missing food. Now they won't answer the phone. Absolutely absurd. It is literally on the receipt. 2 sandwiches. Look in the bag, count to 2.

very poor customer service skills across the board. we first decide to order frostys and inquire about the different flavors at which point an employee (not the one assisting us with our order) yells into the mic that the establishment only has chocolate and vanilla. we choose to ignore this clearly rude employee and continue to order. we use the Wendy’s app. The coupon on this app would reduce the menu price of the food item to a dollar. A menu item we would have never otherwise purchased without this coupon. There is some mistake made in the system because our discount is never applied and we were not made aware of this. We came to this conclusion upon further reflection after leaving the establishment without being given a receipt. upon this discovery we called the establishment back and the manager on schedule (Kaitlyn) refused to be helpful. she said the mistake was not the fault of her employee but rather us as the customer (we were completely understanding about the system having issues as we have previous experience working in the fast food industry) Not only that, this “manager” if you can call her that, refused to give corporate’s number after a few minutes of trying to come to a solution. She directed us to call the number on the receipt that we never received. Upon requesting an area coach or general manager’s number we were told to call back tomorrow. At this point, we had had enough of the unnecessary attitude and blatant disrespect as well as a lack of basic customer service skills, we requested the name of the manager we were in communication with. She very rudely refused to give her information. I hope that this is a slip on the hiring manager’s behalf and not a reflection on the values and environment that Wendy’s wishes to be known for. This is utterly unacceptable. This manager should rethink hospitality/customer service. They very clearly do not have the skills needed.

I went here yesterday afternoon. Spent almost 25 dollars on two meals. i waited 15 minutes for my food, then i asked for “extra” honey mustard, and was given 2 total. the workers REFUSED to give me anymore and insisted i pay for sauces that should already come with the meal. they continued to argue with me, to the point of bringing out a manager! over sauces!! my mind is absolutely blown. worst service i’ve ever experienced. and why the hell would i pay 25 cents for sauce that should come with the almost 30 dollar order. save your money and don’t use it on a shitty corporation that doesn’t gaf about their customers. piss poor service

My wife and I went to Wendy's to get a meal tonight I ordered a large coke two baconators and a Cobb salad food was great until I took a sip of my drink and sucked up a long blonde piece of hair. Absolutely disgusted how about wear hair nets when working in food service. I will be complaining to corporate about this.

One of the burgers was missing 1/2 of the meat patty. Seriously it should have never been used. I bought 2 sandwiches for 2 children. Luckily they didn’t need the missing half. I didn’t take a picture of the baconator fries but they were basically disgusting, almost cold and so soggy. Do better Wendy’s!!

Every time you go to this Wendy's it's always something. Attitude , don't have drinks, can only use cash have to pull over and wait for your food don't like this Wendy's at all.

Queen Head

You tell someone what you want and you still get it wrong you tell them that and they act like you want it free. No receipt to look at to see what they put on it. When tell them what you asked for oh I can't give free food out did I ask you to. I paid for my food the first time and I will pay for it the second time for something you did wrong. With ear phone on and you can't still hear. You don't need to be at the window.
