This is the best Wendy's around, this is how the rest of Wendy's should be! It's a breath of fresh air to see this restaurant be a A+ above the rest. Keep up the great job!
Don’t come to this Wendy’s. Food always cold, never have anything on the menu, and it’s always “pull forward.” 1/10 experience
Went through the drive through for breakfast today. The food is horrible! Potatoes are cold and hard. French toast sticks taste burned and old. Its like they were put into the fryer to warm them up. This location used to be good.
Rude and incompetent, from the manager down to the staff
Some of the staff are great, very nice and professional and when they are working I normally have a great visit. However there is one manager that has a horrible attitude toward customers. She is very arressive and rude. She is dismissive of customers as if she is too important and her time is too valuable to waste serving them. She should not be working in food service or any customer based job. Very rude and unprofessional. Sadly I have experienced her on more than one occasion.

4d they make us wait on the parking
5th We did still missed part of the food that we ordered
Experience on fast food restaurants are always bad but some are worse.
Recommendation, if you can't deliver what you werehire ro do and Keep up, if you can't work under pressure you should resign and work somewhere else by yourself.
Remember 90% of employees are hired by the 10% that truly worked hard and delivered!!!
This Wendy's has the worst staff. All the employees are rude, the day time manager the lady is so rude, truly a terrible person. They dont care about the food, service or customers. The drive- through is the worst. The girls in that drive-through are very rude, they do not listen, they will not do what you ask. They have a terrible attitude. If you hate your job and life, get a new job. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to any of my friends, family or anyone.
Absolutely no Customer Service skills. The kid at the drive-through was rude, he didn’t say a word to us and didn’t even acknowledge us when we said thank you and have a good night. He just rolled his eyes and slammed the door.
Went through drive thru ordered a cheese n bacon potato n fries
Told me to.pull up they were waiting for cheese sauce to heat up.
Both fries n baked potato were cold

I am not one to post or comment negative things but after returning home with my wife's order, I feel I must. I visited the Wendy's in Richlands. First and ONLY time. Bad enough they couldn't get the order, single with cheese and NOTHING else. Medium fried. Cheeseburger LOADED. Fries, cool at best. Try to call and get the following message, " The wireless customer you called is not available at this time". Try calling 910-430-1207, THERE posted phone number.

Absolutely stunning Wendy’s. Maybe it is newly redone. It was super nice. Decorated super cute for fall and outstanding customer service. Food made to order with a smile on everyone face.

Giving Carolina Restaurants aka Wendy's a five star rating for their food , service, and atmosphere. Right on time with warm and delicious breakfast and afternoon meals. Wendy's app allows consumers to earn rewards and discounts on some of my favorite menu selections. I suggest Dave's single combo with a side of bacon cheese fries and to wash it down with cold brevage, my choice is Dave's cherry coke.

I ordered burgers, fries and a drink. Went to pay and couldn't find my cash. Past embarrassed and holding up the line, the manager told me, "Don't worry about it; enjoy your food." Determined, I pulled into an open parking slot and searched me and my car. Wallah, I found my cash. I walked back to the window, and despite my insistent urging, the manager (a pretty lady) told me, "It's okay, enjoy your food." The still hot food wasn't the only warm feeling I felt. Thank you again for your generosity.

Tell the little girls to stop joking around and make sure they are doing their job. Get home and I'm missing food. Now they won't answer the phone. Absolutely absurd. It is literally on the receipt. 2 sandwiches. Look in the bag, count to 2.
