Worst place ever No one ever smiles. I think I went on the 22nd in drive-through and there was this girl who was very nice and gave me everything I needed, and then I asked for a ranch packet and then the woman with the glasses said you are supposed to ask when you ordered what kind of customer service is that whoever the new girl was needs to come back and that girl With the red hair needs to be fired! They will not give you what you want!

Absolutely horrible!!! No butter for potatoes, no tomatoe, no lettuce and no large cups but still charge tou for large meal. Do better Wendys!!

We ordered our food on the kiosk instead of waiting in line. There was a little wait for the food. Staff seemed like they weren’t happy to be there. The food was perfect and the restaurant was clean for the most part. We sat outside and that area was clean and perfectly shaded.

I was very disappointed in my first try there. Food cold and gross. Tried again 7 months later. Threw my whole meal away. Absolutely disgusting and cold once again. Never recommend this restaurant. Terrible!

Slow service. Could barely hear on the intercom. No large cups for order. I ordered a number 6 Spicy Chicken Sandwich Meal. They didn't even put lettuce on the sandwich.

I have been to this Wendy's a few times hoping that it would be better each time. But I am sadly mistaken. The crew that worked June 28th around lunch time was very rude to there customers. The manager mocked and was swearing about customers. Being rude. She is a disgrace to this franchise. I worked for Wendy's from the age of 16-19 in those three years. I have never seen anything like this. Truly disgusting. I encourage the general manager and the regional manager to get involved.

I wish I would of took a photo , they gave me thin meat when I Oder a regular number 1 I came back and told the manager Kaylen lady with braids and glasses she was very rude to me I proved her wrong when she brought me both thin and big meat and still she was very rude cursing and acting like a child towards me this is the first time I’ve had a problem with them idk if she was on her period or was just racist towards me but the way she acted was incredibly rude even the people in line where telling me it’s always something with her she should be fired

It's one of the best places to eat in richlands. The staff is super sweet and friendly. Full of charm. The store is always so clean. If you ever have a problem management is quick to fix it for you. Great staff and clean building. I love it.
