We had ordered on mobile app. We got there at 4:03pm saying it was ready for pickup went in it was not there. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting so I got my car went thru the drive thru to get it. The lady says it was ready just need to bag it up but refused to give it to me at the drive thru stating that I have to come in to get it.
