The staff at this DQ location are the absolute best. Everyone is super friendly and care about their customers. My Dad is elderly and they go out of the way to make sure his banana split is made to perfection each and every time. The restaurant is clean. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with our experience. I would also like to give a shout out to Medina she always shows my Dad so much care.
Came in here on a road trip up to Richmond. Didn’t expect much more than a few snacks and a blizzard, but Medina made our experience. She was so sweet, welcoming and patient. We don’t frequently write reviews for places we stop at on road trips, but we felt compelled to because she went above and beyond to connect with us and the other customers.

The staff is very friendly and the building is clean. Our food was delicious! Not a single thing was wrong or bad. They also gave me a cup for my daughter's water bottle (kids meal) at no extra charge, which I really appreciate.
