Workers WERE NOT WORKING. As I stood around WAITING for them to even notice my order, I noticed the 90 grade on the wall. Should be a 0. For their 0 effort. Love Zaxby's but this place is a bad rep.
The worst. Workers could care less about anything. Ice machine broken. Soda fountain broken. Half of the staff on their phones instead of helping guests and maintaining what looks like a new restaurant. This was a bad stop on the long drive home. Zero southern hospitality.

This establishment is extremely slow. I waited in the drive-thru for 35 minutes to place my order. Then, an additional 11 minutes at the menu to place my order. After that, I had to wait and another 25 minutes at the window to receive my order. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone.
