Been to this locations 5 times, first three times wasn't too bad. 4th time the shrimp was fried in old oil,not good. 5th time ordered takeout, but they had no shrimp, then ordered hamburger, not good. The rest of the order was the hot dogs and onion rings. Got the order home and the hotdogs and onion rings were missing. Have eaten at many other locations and they were just fine.
Great atmosphere with some old school jams playing. Food was hot and served in a decent time. Customer service was excellent.

Terrible hard fried tiny shrimp! Don't waste your time on this over priced fast food junk food.
And then you need a tip!! 10.00 for 8 hard fried pebbles called shrimp in a cold bun which I didn't eat and a sm. Tea.
Never again.
Burger was average, I had a double with bacon, plain with large fries and a large drink $16.00. Biggest problem is like most of these places, service staff. Horrible service.

I was so disappointed. I chose this place because of reviews. Short version: The food was inedible and service, though kind, took forever.
We were heading home from Raleigh so we stopped through the drive thru. We pulled up to the speaker and waited. And waited. And waited. To the point we thought maybe they were closed. Google said they were open so I called to double check. They answered almost immediately and said they were open, so we figured maybe we just needed to go inside. We start to pull off, when finally someone answers. We order, we pull around. We wait almost 25 minutes in the drive thru. And that's after ordering, just sitting at the window. We started to wonder if they forgot about us. First red flag. Second red flag was a sign saying they aren't responsible for any mistakes made if you don't bring them up before you pull off. It speaks to frequency of mistakes. We finally get our food and check it. A whole entree is missing. We try to get their attention for 2-3 minutes and someone shows up, having caught the mistake on their own. She was actually quite polite about it, and I appreciate that. We pull off to go eat and god. I wish I hadn't been starving because it was AWFUL. It looked good. It looked like it should've been so good, but it tasted like a wet shoe with a dirty foot in it. Chicken on the chicken philly was weirdly seasoned and everything about the burger except the bacon was off or gross. The bread smelled like dirty dishwater or something and it was chewy. The burger was both bland and didn't taste like beef. The pimento almost tasted like pimento. Almost. I didn't even get halfway through this burger and I was starving. I ate my fries which were actually good and drunk my soda. So disappointing. I would never go back there again.
Kid-friendliness: The kids meals come in cardboard convertibles which is cute.

Front of house staff was nice and attentive. However, the clutter didn’t give us a feeling that the food would be safe to eat. There were ripped cardboard boxes and stuff everywhere. Then, we took one bite of the food… and threw it away. Our tenders and fries were clearly cooked in old/burnt/dirty (?) oil. Yuck ? . I hate to be so harsh, but you should wait in the line elsewhere.

Fast food but cooked to your liking. My kids liked the tater tots & fries. We all ordered burgers and the kids had kids meals that were served in these cute cardboard 50s style cars.

Ordered on drive thru and cashier brought my bags to window I checked my chopped steak platters which they both were missing slaw and bread I then asked cashier about missing items a d instantly she got a attitude and says oh we don't have any slaw and bread doesn't come with the platter , I said to her well can I have double fries and bread does cone with the platter she shook and her and said well idk so I asked for a manager or someone who knew the menu, I was then asked to pull up for fries and bread which were half raw and bread wasn't even toasted. There needs to be more training evidently for cashiers and manager..
