The service is HORRIBLE! We ordered from the app, arrived for pickup at closing to be told our food (that we had paid for on the app) was thrown in the trash. We asked for replacement items & were told all food had been thrown away. We asked for a refund & was told that they don’t give refunds for items purchased on the app. I called to speak to the “manager” who stated they didn’t have to wait for customers to pick up food..
