Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

My wife and I came to cracker barrel this morning for breakfast the service was excellent but the food was cold ( grits and hasbrown casserole) after 2 tries the food was still cold. We won't come back to this location wilson NC is the best

Arrived and ordered coffee. Finished my first cup and never saw the waitress again until food arrived. And even then she did not feel my coffee cup. We were there for 48 minutes and I had one small cup of coffee. My eggs were overcooked and dry it was supposed to be scrambled eggs it was just one flat piece of egg like you get on a breakfast sandwich.

Cracker Barrel is always a welcomed stop for breakfast, lunch or dinner. This time we visited the restaurant in Florence, South Carolina.

The foods was good, as usual. The service was good as usual. We had a very good server, a young man who was extremely attentive to our needs. His name was Cole. Very personable. Very accommodating. Very professional. The kind of person you want when you attend a restaurant.

And a visit into the store is always fun. Loads of comfort snacks and good clothing items and gifts.

Always a good experience. We look for Cracker Barrel all the time when we’re on a road trip.

The server was very attentive but all of our food was cold. We had a table of 6 and not a single person got hot food.

Me and my mom went to cracker barrel because it has been awhile since we last went. I must say that we were not disappointed. Our waitress, Megan, was on top of her game today. She had such a friendly attitude the whole time. She made sure we didnt run out of drink. Even when business started to pick up, she didnt forget about us at our little table. She was amazing. Our food was delicious. I got their grilled catfish. It was nice and juicy. It wasn't burnt or undercooked, it wasn't over salted or under salted. The only reason I give them a 4 star is because the hostess that sat us at a table was a bit cranky for some reason. You could see it on her face. She didnt even try to hide it. That lady just kind of plopped the menus and silverware on the table instead of placing them on the table.

It was November the first, and it was my daughter's birthday. I'm not sure if the server was new or she just didn't know what she was doing. But I had to get other servers to give me napkins. Forks refills sometimes, and then they just started making that habit to come to my table. The manager or the GM never came to the table. Not once they did cut my entire bill, but they never came to the table. I ordered some scrambled eggs. And I never received them. I ordered maybe like 2 more things, and I'd never received it. It took at least 2 hours for us to get our food, but I did have to pay for my mimosas.

I am sitting here right now and it has taken 40 minutes to be served. Worst experience ever.

It was a truly wonderful experience. The service provided was exceptional, and all of our needs were met, even though it was a last-minute reservation for a large group.

Visiting my daughter and grand daughter and son. I got the new cinnamon swirl it was good but a little to much of the sugar and cinnamon on top. The country store was ok not much on the clothes. But we enjoyed our selves plus our waitress very good and so nice !!!! 😀
