HopFly Brewing Company

These guys landed in a great spot. This old factory has been cleaned up without taking out all of yesteryear. Plenty of parking, indoor and outdoor seating. The beer selection is good.

Great atmosphere inside of the Rocky Mount Mills campus. The beer selection was great and the weekly drops were nice. We both had the Ultraviolet. I’d recommend to anyone looking for a nice brewery vibe and chill atmosphere. It was not super busy when we arrived around 5pm but it picked up around 7pm!

We stopped into HopFly after staying here with the Harvest Hosts program. I was thrilled to find a brewery that had so many sours and goses. Their beer was fantastic and it was a chill atmosphere.

A must visit of you come to Rocky Mount. Hopfly specializes in IPAs. They give samples. Ben was helpful and friendly. He rocks . We were staying at the tiny homes at River and Twine. This is walkable from there. The whole area is historic and old, but also new and very special.

We love HopFly! Best place for an IPA, their cans always have a beautiful design, the service is always quick and friendly, and the atmosphere is super fun (they even have card/board games to play and hang out). The venue is also beautiful.

Giving a three rating on the “surreal time” Pilsner. Although it’s New Zealand style, and the hop profile is potentially delicious, no pilsner should have this IPA level of hop profile. I would easily halve the dry hop process, and bring this IPA into an actual Pilsner.

Loved the sours and great service. The black hole sour is the best!

Beer is always great. The food is hit or miss, mainly because of the ordering process.

Cant think of a single negative thing to say. Variety of beer is there. Really like the different choices of IPAs. The wifey enjoyed the wheat and I had an IPA. I like the sleek look inside and the different color choice. The beer guy was very friendly and knowledgeable.Also cool that its in the refurbished Coton Gin.

Home is where the heart is. I visited my hometown to be with family for celebrating. I enjoy the entire Rocky Mount Mills. We checked out HopFly and I enjoyed a sour brew, the strawberry lemonade in particular. My sister fell in love with the blueberry cheesecake. Very spacious, and spotless, very bright with plenty of places to sit. The staff assisting us was nice, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I can't wait to go back the next time I'm home visiting. The most enjoyable part of the experience was time spent in good company and the J. Cole playlist bumping in the background. Such a vibe in my opinion.
