First visit did not disappoint. So many choices. Mahi Mahi was delicious as well as the crème brûlée. Service was excellent! Cannot wait to go back.

Jack's comes highly recommended. Our waitress was Sam (shadowed by Billie) who made us feel instantly welcomed. She was very attentive, friendly, and efficient. She handled our large party of 8 with grace and a smile. The food was delicious. Pictured are the crispy fried oyster, short ribs, spare ribs, ceasar salad with blackened salmon, and bread pudding bites. Gather your people and treat yourself to a nice ambiance, great food and customer service. They take reservations and walk ins.

So glad we went there. We sat on the porch--food came quickly. The only complaint we had was that the bartender didn't chill our Dirty Martini's and she didn't put any olive juice in our drinks and they were half full. Paying that price for a Tido's vodka drink, you would think the liquid would be closer to full. Other than that, the food & waiter & atmosphere was great and will return and recommend.

Horrible service, our server forgot part of our order (chips), didn't know what salad dressing was available and left me hungry. I ordered the poke bowl and chose avocado as a substitute for Tuna. Got the tiniest bit of "extra avocado" and he was not forthcoming in providing something extra. All in all we will not return.

Me and my husband ate here Saturday night. Everything was amazing. My husband likes the Cap steak. I got the Ribeye. We got the Brussels sprouts and roasted sweet potatoes small plate for an appetizer. This is a meal in itself. It’s my favorite.Glad you are here in RM now. Although it was worth the drive to Wilson.

Went to Jack’s for the first time today. The place smelled of raw sewage. We sat outside but the smell was still too strong and we had to leave. Hopefully they are able to get the problem resolved quickly. Until then, stay away.

Seafood tasted frozen, waitress was unattended to our needs, was charged extra for A1,sauce when we ordered steak. Very disappointed because the food was bland no taste at all.
Jack's continues to exceed our expectations every time we go! We first tried the Wilson location and have already gone multiple times. With the new location being in Rocky Mount, it is much closer. We went the first week of opening and were once again impressed by the delicious food and friendly and attentive servers! Keep up the great work everyone! Had lunch this week and returned w reservations for dinner.. for it to be the first week they did amazing.. had the same server Zack both times. The service was great and so was the food.. they are working out a few kinks but that's to be expected right now..So far we have tasted the salmon, shrimp & grits, and lunch sandwiches.. the tomato basil soup was too good for just a cup.. can't wait to try everything on the menu..new favorite place in RM to eat for sure

We went the first week Jack’s opened the new RM location and they didn’t even seem to have any opening week jitters! Service was timely, food was good. Our entrees were the mahi and the hamburger steak with mushroom red wine gravy. And the renovated old house makes for a nice restaurant backdrop at Rocky Mount Mills. We will return!

I got the tuna burger with chips, the tuna burger needed more seasoning and salt, I only saw our waiter two times and it wasn't busy , then the other waiters had to bring our stuff. The places looks nice but the food was mid tbh. I'll come back eventually , hopefully they do a little better, I had high hopes.
