Love the donuts but service is terrible. Got trapped behind an irate customer in the drive thru. There's no way to get out of the drive thru once you get in it so I sat there for at least 15 minutes while some woman was arguing with the people at the window. Instead of having her pull around, they sat there and argued with her. Very irritating when you are in a hurry. Lesson learned if you need to get in and out fast, don't go thru the drive thru. You are trapped once...

Wonderful experience! Chevy helped us with everything and was so pleasant and helpful. I was very impressed and feel like he should be recognized. The overall atmosphere was friendly and just really great for our whole family.

Order was placed in drive thru. 45 mins to closing and they had nothing but glazed and blueberry donuts. My husband was very polite and thanked the server several times. After being ignored, he said I hope you have a good night, the worker never cracked a smile or a word. Rude!!! Despite not having donuts, customer service is super subpar at this location.
