Ordered via 3rd party. Called to the store to ask for it to be corrected, got hung up on while on hold. Called back put immediately on hold and then when I told them we don't eat pork and they made the pizza incorrectly, I was told to contact the 3rd party. I told them the obvious that 3rd party delivers not make the pizza, I was hung up on again. $78 was spent on this order.
Ordered 12” bacon cheese sticks. Got a medium bacon cheese pizza.
Papa John’s feedback site wouldn’t let do a survey because it didn’t recognize the order number printed on my pizza boxes, which was different than the order number emailed to me for confirmation (that number didn’t work either).
May have been cooked yesterday, regardless, tbl spoon of sauce on entire pizza, crust was thin, hard and dry. I choose to eat Papa Johns pizza because you guys weren't scared to put sauce on it. Now it taste just like all the other pizzas.
