“My Mother-in-law wanted Chinese food for lunch. We found out that the restaurants like this in the town we live in are all closed on Sundays.We were glad to find this place. The food was good and there was plenty of each portion.My only problem was when I called to check on their hours, it was clear the person wasn't able to understand me. I had to hang up and guess that they were open because they answered the phone.We ordered a lot and it took about 30 minutes to get it to go.“

“I had incident the day before where I did not receive my breadsticks. I take blame as well because I did not check before leaving. However, the manager Elliott called right away. He was sincere with his apology & wanted to make it right. I received a complementary $10 gift card. I placed another order the next day. I ordered my usual chicken Alfredo & I added extra items. My order was prefect. He actually came out & walked my order. He apologized again & doubled checked my order! I truly appreciate his kindness and excellent customer service! “This location really needs to improve. I’m so over using the pandemic and staff availability as an excuse. I understand Rocky Mount doesn’t need to loose any more businesses but the people in this area deserve better. I have been a long time Panera customer around the country but this one here can’t seem to keep up with the menu items. They are famous for shutting the doors and only allow drive through service. Look out, goodness only knows what you will get in your cup or bag. I mean honestly a coffee shop who can’t keep up with making fresh coffee.“

“Excellent Singapore noodles. I’ve had this dish around the world. The chef knew what he was doing. And it was a huge portion. If you like spicy East Asian food stir fried in a wok, not just a fry vat, you’ll enjoy. They have a huge menu.“
