This location really needs to improve. I’m so over using the pandemic and staff availability as an excuse. I understand Rocky Mount doesn’t need to loose any more businesses but the people in this area deserve better. I have been a long time Panera customer around the country but this one here can’t seem to keep up with the menu items. They are famous for shutting the doors and only allow drive through service. They were cordial when I entered. The store was being cleaned and my order was fresh and just as I hoped.
