“The Louisburg, NC location should be closed immediately! Maybe their app goes through corporate and the physical location doesn't have any control over it but there is ALWAYS a problem when dealing with this location! Here's the latest episode - I ordered $41" worth" of food for my wife to pick up after work last night. When I tried the submit the order, it said that something went wrong and to try again so I did, 3 more times. It never went through except to my bank account! 4 TIMES!!! They took $160 out of my account and we still didn't get the food!!! Now I'm still waiting for them to refund my money smh! My pregnant wife went by there last night to talk to the "manager" but they were totally helpless! We were forced to eat frozen mozzarella sticks and frozen jalapeño poppers for supper, seeing as zaxby's basically robbed me. I WILL NEVER EAT ZAXBYS AGAIN!!!!!!!“

“It’s was my daughter’s birthday and as soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by half a dozen warm smiling faces wishing her a happy birthday. Our server Daniella was incredible. She made our experience one to remember. I will always remember my baby turning 10 because of Daniella and the staff. Top notch and I would highly recommend this place to family and friends. Thank you“

“This location really needs to improve. I’m so over using the pandemic and staff availability as an excuse. I understand Rocky Mount doesn’t need to loose any more businesses but the people in this area deserve better. I have been a long time Panera customer around the country but this one here can’t seem to keep up with the menu items. They are famous for shutting the doors and only allow drive through service. Look out, goodness only knows what you will get in your cup or bag. I mean honestly a coffee shop who can’t keep up with making fresh coffee.“
