This location is very friendly and fast with their service. The only thing that causes delays are the new customers that are trying to order not the staff. I have been to another location in another city and they are not as quick. I would highly recommend this location to get your Chick-fil-A fix .
I will say the team that staff’s the drive thru is one of the best in the business. 100% stands up to Chick Fil A’s service standards. But whoever prepares orders to be sent out to the drive thru this is where service standards fall short. I have waited several trips to make this review because I understand people make mistakes and nobody is perfect. Never had a single bad experience at this Chick-Fil-A. The last time I went through the drive-thru, a nice young lady at the window complimented my steering wheel cover and everyone else I’ve ever interacted here was very friendly. Always a nice experience and the food is also always good.
