Great customer service! We asked the staff for recommendations and they delivered! I wish I caught their names. Super helpful and hooked us up with all these amazing sauces to try. Be careful though because some are so spicy, so be ready. Great wake up for the taste buds. Since we were ordering for a large group, we chose to order the family meal styles that they offer. Either chicken tenders or boneless wings. Food was served quickly! I love the seasoning on the crinkle cut fries.
The long line during lunch hours can easily turn you away but today I went and the service was so fast. I was in and out in no time. All the employees were very nice, but the guy at the cash register outside was so pleasant. Food was hot and delicious. Great customer service and great food!

Never had an issue with this Zaxbys, I've been going here since they first opened. Food is always great with the service to match. The inside has always been clean and seems to be well taken care of. The kickin chicken sandwich is always my go to!
