“I love Pizza Inn in Rocky Mt. Good food, nice respectful manages, except one of the buffet managers. This grown azz man has temper tantrums and anger issues and takes it out on employees. I don't know why he's even working with the public.“

“The bartender Jordan was on top of everything and kept everything supplied and made sure I had what I needed, I ordered their homemade tater skins with chili and they were awesome, I would be ordering food to take back to my room that was recommended from the bartender Jordan, I appreciate everything she done for me and I appreciate the hospitality.
I came back the following Tuesday and my goodness this is the best place that you can come to because I've been to all the restaurants and this is awesome. “This was by far the best service I’ve had in any restaurant in a very very long time. We were greeted by a very nice man at the entry who was clearing tables and sat us right away. Quentin was our server and he was just awesome. Friendly, polite, fast, and clearly dedicated to providing a first class experience. My family and I had a rough night yesterday and all we wanted this morning was Waffle House to make it all better. And they did! We highly recommend this location and if you go, ask for Quentin!“

“I am very disappointed in writing this negative review. We normally love El Jimador and always eat here for date night or family dinners out. On Saturday 2/17 at 12pm I spoke to someone at the restaurant to reserve a table for 4pm that day for a party of 13. It was confirmed by the employee no problem. The party arrived at 4pm and apparently the young lady wrote the reservation for the wrong date. We were told our table would be ready shortly. Twenty minutes later I went and asked again and the rude girl said "I told the other lady it would be ready in ten minutes". She didn't say that. She then proceeded to stare at me rudely through the glass doors. A man said the customers at the only area for big parties was finishing up and he couldn't make them leave. Finally at 4:45 we were seated. Six members of the party received their food within a decent time. The child's food finally came towards the end (a cheese quesadilla and fries). A simple meal for a child should always come out first. We had one kid eating and two waiting. When we were all done eating and after asking several times the last two party members finally received their food. Then someone decided to give our waitress for a table of 13 another table of about 20 people so we didn't see her for awhile because she was so busy. She did great, considering. We never received an official apology. This was a terrible experience for our out of town guests. Update: manager reached out to me via pm. Very apologetic and would like to make things right. “My Mother-in-law wanted Chinese food for lunch. We found out that the restaurants like this in the town we live in are all closed on Sundays.We were glad to find this place. The food was good and there was plenty of each portion.My only problem was when I called to check on their hours, it was clear the person wasn't able to understand me. I had to hang up and guess that they were open because they answered the phone.We ordered a lot and it took about 30 minutes to get it to go.“
