I saw that Waffle House now has a senior menu that really works well for me and it was a cheeseburger, bowl of chili and a drink and of course I added an additional cheeseburger but hey I was hungry. With that said it was an outstanding meal and the little lady server could not have been any friendlier or nicer. Sadly I cannot share her name with you because I don't remember it but she was very very friendly and I shared some stories with her which I believe she enjoyed since it involved music. Highly recommend and the funny thing is as I was leaving I believe 6 to 7 people were coming in the door as I was leaving at approximately 10:00 p.m.

I went during lunch time about two days ago. When I got my waffles they were both skinny, flattened, BURNT waffles and one was literally cold not room temperature but COLD. Then when I told them I wanted a refund I heard the waitress say “if she doesn’t want a burnt waffle, a waffle just came up”. Please train your staff on how to make waffles.

Arrived, it took about 20/25 minutes for someone to seat us. There was very little to no communication with customers, no one to clean seating areas and when they were cleaned it wasn’t cleaned properly. Staff were very disorganized and all over the place. This was my first and last time at the Waffle House in Rocky Mountain and will be sure to not recommend anyone there.
