The back solarium is probably dangerous. The vents on the ceiling are molded and the smell of mold is in the air. I told the wait staff about this 2 months ago, and came back tonight hoping that it would be corrected. It's worse now and the ceiling in the adjacent area is getting just as bad. I don't want mold coming onto my plate when the air comes on. One more thing...NO ONE SMILES! This is the saddest most demoralized group of associates I have ever seen. Decided to eat at Western Sizzlin in order for everyone to have plenty of choices instead of looking at a menu. Well, we all were very disappointed. Food was not good and we wasted a lot of money!
I recently visited the Western Sizzler in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, and my experience was incredibly disappointing. We were excited to dine at a nostalgic restaurant like Western Sizzler, but unfortunately, the reality fell far short of our expectations.
The buffet looked like the food had been left out since lunchtime. The soups were nearly empty and had a crusty layer on top, clearly neglected for hours. The biscuits were as hard as hockey pucks, completely inedible....read full review
