“Just wish they were open on Monday.. don’t like having to travel into Wilmington to go to Double Happiness ..oh well. Their food is great, self serve to side packets, ie soy sauce, hot mustard, orange sauce, fortune cookies..etc. I recommend.. open on Monday!“

“Mama J has the best food in the area. She grows her own veggies and will likely offer you a succulent in some weirdly cute container. Her kimchi is the ONLY kimchi worth eating and her kimchi soup is sooo good! Her egg rolls are also amazing and made fresh!“

“Got the orange beef (tender, flavorful, w/actual slivers of orange peel!), shrimp w/veggies & chow mein (shrimp was plump, juicy, veggies nice & crisp), and spring rolls (tad salty for me, but still good and not too greasy). Somehow the spring roll wrapper soaks up a lot of grease while keeping the roll super crispy. Even the rice was fluffy, fragrant, and not a giant soggy ball of goop like most Chinese takeout joints I’ve tried around here. Everything tasted like the Chinese restaurant dishes I ate at growing up back home on the west coast and made me feel nostalgic. Even the cute staff working here were really sweet! Kinda mad it took me 2+ years of living around here to find our Chinese takeout joint but glad we know about it now!🥹“

“Ive done takeout and dine in I don’t think it’s a place to bring the whole family but the takeout is great only because I wouldn’t think it’s a good place to bring your family it’s not a lot of sitting and it’s not like great scenery or anything The food portions are great in the price is good as well.“
