Hardee's strives for consistency and quality, but my recent experience fell far short of expectations. The food was disappointingly bland and lacked freshness, leaving much to be desired. Additionally, the service was slow and the workers seemed disinterested in providing a positive dining experience. Overall, Some of the employees are so foul mouthed and so rude (besides 1 person, she was very sweet) and the place was absolutely disgusting. I was left feeling unsatisfied and unlikely to return in the future.

This place is a nightmare. STAY AWAY. I went back after we got an order through drive thru so as to give them a chance to fix an issue.1st issue both Frisco burgers we ordered were not grilled and I added lettuce to mine 70 cents extra for a sliver of lettuce that was so small it blended with the cheese. We were given an excuse that the grill was messed up and only grilled one side of the bun. When neither of our Burgers were toasted/grilled at all. Also ordered a medium lemonade not expecting it to come in a small clear container so I had to pay 20 cents more to get less drink than I would have for a normal one ?Next we took the burgers back for them to make a new one and guess what it was grilled/toasted just as it should have been. But now I wish I would have taken the refund as my burger was raw and dripped bloody juice all over and soaked the bread with in two bites. Couldnt even finish the burger as two bites in my stomach got upset and the raw bloody burger. Based on the reviews here this place needs to be shut down or better management and workers who actually care to give you proper food. On a side note. The ladies were pretty decent to talk to and Sara was nice. Just wish could have had good food or I would have went to McDonald's. Day after chemo not feeling good and had to deal with this for dinner..yall go somewhere else

I absolutely hate giving bad reviews and am only doing this in hopes managers see there is a problem and try to fix it. After giving our order in the drive thru we pulled around to see not 1 but 4 other vehicles pulled up ahead of the pickup window waiting on food. We didn’t think it possible but we were also asked to pull up and wait for our chicken tenders and double cheeseburger minus the onions. We thought, hey our food will be super fresh so it’s all good…. Wrong. The chicken tenders were cold, the burger bun was hard and I’m pretty sure the onions had just been removed, not a burger put together fresh. The only bright spot was hot fries. I’m guessing fries is what was holding up that many people. Managers, your people need some help here. I’m sure they don’t like seeing bad reviews.
