I absolutely hate giving bad reviews and am only doing this in hopes managers see there is a problem and try to fix it. After giving our order in the drive thru we pulled around to see not 1 but 4 other vehicles pulled up ahead of the pickup window waiting on food. We didn’t think it possible but we were also asked to pull up and wait for our chicken tenders and double cheeseburger minus the onions. I love the people and the place, but here recently they've been slipping. I've gotten the family meal of tenders. Both times my half a gallon of tea was forgotten. With the fact we had to pull up I forgot to ask for it. I'm not gonna stop ? going here, I just think they have some work to do.Kid-friendliness: My little sister just loves going here. She told me that everyone was so nice to her.

Haven't stopped by this location in many years. I worked in the area about 16 years ago and ate here at least twice a week. Stoped in yesterday (a saturday). The food was great back then, and it still tastes great. Fresh got burgers and fries. They got my order correct and it was out to me within a minute or two. I like the chicken tenders here as well and their Frisco Burger is one of the best I've has from a Hardee's in a long time.
