“My husband and I traveled from PA to Raleigh for an event that included some hometown cooking at our family gathering. Considering the menu, I decided that burgers would be better suited once arriving in town. And whatayouknow, Sean's Shack was in our hotel vicinity. To shorten my story, the Texan BBQ (#1) was delicious as well as their Nashville hot chicken sandwich. I am sure to return during future trips. “We absolutely love The Burger Shop! Growing up in Wake Forest, it’s one of our favorite nostalgic local spots that we love to hit up for lunch! The burgers are the best you’ll get in town! You can dine inside or (our favorite) outside! You HAVE to get an Orangeade to go with your burger, it’s a MUST! Don’t worry about eating too much, you can take a stroll downtown afterwards! Highly, highly recommend!“

“I enjoyed this little spot. I wasn’t sure what to expect going in. This was a last minute dinning decision. However, we had to waiters (shift change) and they were both great! The tables were nice the lighting was dim which created a nice ambiance. The food was good. I ordered a steak quesadilla. My only con: the tables are a little close together.“
