“Hardees is good 1/5 of the time (freshness) and its usually on your first and 10th time eating it. But when its hot no question 10/10 whoever was working around 2pm august 13th, made me the best Hardees I've ever had. Frisco burger was sauced up and tenders were fresh 10/10.“

“We absolutely love The Burger Shop! Growing up in Wake Forest, it’s one of our favorite nostalgic local spots that we love to hit up for lunch! The burgers are the best you’ll get in town! You can dine inside or (our favorite) outside! You HAVE to get an Orangeade to go with your burger, it’s a MUST! Don’t worry about eating too much, you can take a stroll downtown afterwards! Highly, highly recommend!“

Parking: Very small area, busy drive through. I did find a place to park. If busy for eat in car, parking could get crowded,as there's no dine in. There is a take out window. There were a few times while there, would of had to wait to get out due to drive through being busy, it did move through faster than I expected.“

“service tonight 4/25 is very rough. I understand it's a busy night, but there is absolutely no need for the assistant manager to get an attitude, when he rang up the wrong item. (ordered large drinks, he rang up large fries. didnt notice until after we paid) when asked where the large drink was, he got an attitude and said that we didn't order a second drink. I've had countless good experiences here, ans will continue to come back. BUT, just because it's busy, there's absolutely NO reason to get an attitude with customers. especially when you're in the wrong.“

“This is how I would picture a diner in the 1950s. Short order cook with a ring full of little paper orders. Service was instant, burger was better than expected, the atmosphere made me smile, and they have tater tots! I will definitely go again. nice change from a typical fast food place.“

“We previously ordered a meal for Uber Eats, but we were given a very small portion of Cajun fries. I called and spoke to Lavell, the GM and he made us even bigger fans of Five Guys by correcting the mishap. The food, service, and hospitality is top notch. “The hamburgers are good, but their drinks often have more carbonated water than syrup for their soda machine. It tastes bad, and I have to often go in and use the inside machine when I get drinks from the drive-thru. The service I would give 5 stars except for the fact that they have not corrected the soda machine problem, despite the fact I've notified them of it multiple times. I have just started getting my drinks at Sonic and eat burger king hamburgers.

I have recently retried their drinks (diet coke) through the drive thru, and the last 3 times they have been fine. The staff are always friendly and I genuinely enjoy eating here! Thanks for fixing the issue, and I have adjusted my review accordingly.“
