Chef Bert! Chef Tia! Two absolutely outstanding people that bless us with their outstanding food. Dishes I thought I didn't like - Korean beef being one - turns out I just hadn’t had them prepared properly before! You taste the pineapple in the KB because Duplin marinates it for days. Anywhere else you go and order Korean beef and it tastes like Worcestershire and soy i.e. salt. Pulled pork! Fried pork chops! Salads with house-made dressings that will knock your socks off....
We just finished the MOST DELICIOUS meal we've had! The Hawaiian Chicken was amazing and my hubby loved the crab dip too! Miss Wendy is a sweetheart of a server too. We LOVE our Duplin family 🍷💜
Perfect experience. My only complaint is that I can't give it more than five stars. Wife and I had lunch there as we ventured out from Bladen County. I had the Black River Red Reuben; wife got wings with bourbon sauce, sweet potato fries. Everything was spot on. We had good conversation with both the server and the host; both were locals and knew the area very well. I will definitely go back again next chance I get. Highly recommend.
