Gillis's BBQ is the best!
They delivered delicious pork bq, fried chicken, and vegetarian lasagna to my son's wedding on time and hot. Our guests raved about how good it was.

I just want to take this time out to thank the Gillis family for making our Duke Christmas lunch a success. The food and service were above and beyond. Gillis Catering is my go-to for feeding a crowd. I've used them for my rehearsal dinner (had to show the yankees what good NC bbq is), and a 30 person family picnic (on multiple occasions). The food arrives on time, hot and ready to go. I've never been disappointed. And I highly recommend the hush puppies. No one orders these for a catering event because all other hush puppies get nasty when they cool off. Not true for Gillis. The mojo or love in those things make them...
