“Visited the St. Pauls location this evening and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised of the cleanliness of the restaurant. I am in the restaurant business and I am very critical of restaurant I visit. I waited a couple of minutes as my Burrito was made and I have to say the cleanliness of both the FHO and BHO was remarkable! I Made sure I told Ms. Katherine how great and clean her restaurant was, the food was pretty good also ;)“

“Great service and friendly staff. Food was fast and delicious. This was inside service that I went with. Overall it was a pleasure to dine there. My motorcycle prevents me from going thru the drive thru for safety reasons. Since covid there are a lot of places that the inside dining is closed. Not here, welcoming and respectful.“

“I didn't feel like cooking so I made a last minute decision and stopped by pizza hut in St. Paul's.My order was correct and their associate was very pleasant in taking my order. I waited 15 minutes and went back to pick up the window and paid for my order.I will come here again.
Parking: Parking lot is limited because there are several other businesses in this immediate area.So I had to park in another business parking space.“

“My mom and I went to Burger King in St. Paul's, they over heard me tell my mom I was gonna take her pic with a crown hat on her for her birthday post. My birthday princess will be 85 Friday. They made her feel like a queen, brought her a piece of chocolate cream pie out and they all told her happy birthday.“

“I normally have a wonderful experience but today I had the worst one yet. I go just about everyday so you can imagine that I spend quite a bit of money at this place. I went through the drive through( second ) lane and was first in line to order and the lady at the first speaker kept taking orders from the other lane ( first lane ) as they were popping up. I watched 6 cars skip me after I waited about 10 minutes. Well finally the lady comes across the speaker and says just give me a second. Two or three more minutes go by. Still nobody takes our order. Meanwhile this other girl is moving this first line very quickly. I ended up having to get out of line, which another car also pulled off that was behind us. Park my vehicle, get out, go in & wait for it to be made. For them to still ask me what I ordered! And all I wanted to do was go through the drive-thru to get my food and go home. There were ample amount of managers in that store. There were people cooking left and right and all of them were working very hard. But I don't know what in the world was going on with the people at the drive through. I know it stays pretty busy & I'm very considerate! I've waited 30 minutes before and my food was still wrong . But when you have a regular EVERYDAY customer walk in upset as all get out because somebody was simply just not paying attention, really bothers me. The ladies at the window taking orders need to get their crap together or stay off the cell phone, one of the two. Very disappointed. I should have got my money back to be honest and if I wouldn't have been hungry I would have left and went somewhere else today. The management was on point, they were working their butts off in there, just as hard if not harder than everyone else and they shouldn't have to babysit their employees. So I don't want this review to negatively impact them. Just the ones that were left in charge taking drive through orders. & To the two Sweethearts at the counter that took my order, They deserve all the recognition. They were very nice, kind, and sympathetic. 5/3/25 , Between 2:30 pm - 3 pm.“
