This morning my family stopped in and they were short handed but we were waited on by a very polite lady. Our food came up in a timely manner and was good. The issue was while eating a very loud profane argument broke out in the kitchen. The manager tried to make one guy leave and he was yelling and cursing at her and refused to leave. She was professional and threatened to call police to have him removed. When we left this was still going on. We were very uncomfortable and left without finishing our food.

This Bojangles is a disgrace to Bojangles everywhere and needs to be shut down. The past 10 times we have come here there has been a problem. Waiting 30 minutes with only 3 people in line in the drive thru, food is old, order is wrong and most importantly these people are RUDE!!!! I sat in the drive thru one day and waited for over 30 minutes on food, once I finally got it I had to go inside obviously because the order was wrong and then was treated like trash once inside. These people that work here are racists against white people and I've noticed it quite often with not only myself but how they treat the other customers. BUT here's the icing on the cake: I've been sitting in the parking lot now for over 30 minutes waiting because my husband was overcharged last time we came here by $33.96. This was 3 weeks ago and they still haven't fixed it so here we are again wasting time at this disgrace of an establishment. After today this is the LAST TIME we will ever come to this place. Folks go to the Bojangles on Peeler Rd or the one in China Grove and I promise you will not be disappointed. You will be treated with respect and the food is always good!!!!To Sondra at this location- you are a hard worker and the ONLY ONE there that is working. Sondra was the one my husband talked to about getting a refund and if it wasn't for her it would never have happened. While he was in there waiting to speak to her she was the only one working.. taking orders, answering the phone and cooking! To the owner of this location get Sondra some help! Fire the lazy and disrespectful thugs and do better than that. And while you're at it give Sondra a raise and a vacation because she NEEDS it!

Very unprofessional. They dont thank you or apologize. Management doesnt care and the rest follow. Food is not very fresh. Drive thru is slow and they ask you to pull around. Place sucks. Wish someone would do something. Id rather drive across town to the other bojangles or just go somewhere else period. Prices are way too high for the food quality and service that you get here. Dont go.

We love this Bojangles.We place big orders at the drive thru every time we eat there and have always got good service. Until today! My daughter was placing our order when someone else came on shouting "Hold on, hold on, this drive thru is not set up to take such big orders!" Shocked we just stopped talking until someone came back and asked if that was all. My daughter finished our order and we drove around to the window. The voice we heard on the intercom was inside still complaining. She said,"I hate these people that make such big orders at the drivethru! " They don't have to worry about us making any kind of order, again! We won't be disrespected like that, a second time. Our order was $78!

Worst Bojangles in the history of mankind! This is based on multiple visits also. Have shown up many times at 6:00 and they claim manager is not there, when they’re supposed to open at 5:00! That kind of manager gets fired where I come from. The food is good when you can get it and is my only reason for returning visits but I’m about done with them.

The Jake Alexander location is ALWAYS SLOW, rude when confronted with the smallest request to have an order fixed. Management really, REALLY, needs to fix the problem.
