I always have a good experience when I go in. I may have to wait a while if they just drop chicken. That is fine with me, because I know my chicken will be hot. Assistant manager, Shania Cooper, if I spelt her name right, was especially nice when I went. She made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. Restaurant 414 is always neat and clean. Staff is always friendly to me. I know they can't please everyone, but they do the best they can with limited help.

Staff was pleasant and food was fresh/hot! Forgot to add a meal . To add would needed to get back in line. Make it easy for the customer👀
