Eh, the bagel was great but my drink….tasted like milk. I know there are recipe cards. My drink should not taste like warm milk. I’m not a kitten. I am upset and will not return. Service was great though

Today I visited dunkin for the first time. I was greeted by a young man named Isaiah who was both professional and very knowledgeable. He took his time and helped guide me through the complete experience. Never being here I wasn't sure what I really wanted. He asked me what I had in mind, listened to me suggested a delicious drink and a few donuts. He made my experience very pleasant and ensured future business. That young man needs a promotion. Great face for your company....
