Go Burrito! Salisbury Reviews
Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a nacho bowl, but the nachos were missing. When I called to explain, management said they would need to review the cameras to determine if the nachos were forgotten, which felt unnecessary and insulting over something so small and came across as if I was being accused of lying. Go Burrito! Salisbury offers tasty food, with standouts including their unique pineapple salsa and the highly praised ACP burrito. The service is friendly, with line workers being described as pleasant and professional. The restaurant has a lively atmosphere, featuring a rooftop bar that allows customers to enjoy the view of downtown, especially nice during the summer. The food is generally fresh and flavorful, with large portions and good prices. Customers appreciate the quick service, often using a Chipotle-style serving line, and the variety of options like tacos, burritos, and a salsa bar with multiple styles. The atmosphere is colorful and inviting, with an eclectic, buzzing vibe. While some issues with orders not always being correct have been noted, the overall experience is positive, and the food is considered delicious when prepared right. The restaurant is better than Chipotle and is a recommended spot for those looking for good food in North Carolina. It can get very busy, making it sometimes difficult to find a seat, but the portions are large, and the prices are reasonable. In addition to the burritos, the place offers craft beer, desserts, and quick service, making it a popular local favorite.
