Carpe Vinum 121 Reviews
We had the steak bites, lobster cocktail, cheese charcuterie, potatoes, bread, chocolate martini. All were excellent. Our server was so knowledgeable and sweet. Thank you for a great meal and dessert.
We had dinner here before a play at Meroney Theatre. The process of making reservations (for 8 people) was handled very professionally, and we got great advice on what time we should make the reservations.
The staff was extremely professional and awesome, and took care of our every need. Several of us had the scallops which were AWESOME, and several of the party had the Filet which was top-drawer.
Check these guys out, you won't be disappointed!

Amazing restaurant. Consistent, friendly and the food never disappoints! Sea scallops, steaks and lamb chops are favorites!

Carpe Vinum 121 in downtown Salisbury is a hidden gem worth the drive from Winston-Salem. The atmosphere is great, and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The restaurant offers fine dining with friendly service. The Tuna is perfectly prepared, and they are accommodating to dietary restrictions. The mahi-mahi special has been noted as phenomenal, alongside a recommended brie appetizer. The wine selection is interesting and well curated, though on the pricier side. The bartender is pleasant, and the kitchen is quick to serve dishes like lobster bisque, sliders, and fried shrimp. Guests have enjoyed fabulous food, including a perfectly cooked filet and risotto, and the French onion soup has been described as the best ever. The ownership is top-notch and active, ensuring a wonderful spot for a meal with excellent hospitality, making it a great choice for both locals and travelers.
