Great pies and a great changing selection of brews. On busy nights the seating gets filled up and you have to wait until other guests get up. This is a good problem for the business but where it can be uncomfortable for the patron is when newbies don't understand that people standing are waiting for a table and they jump ahead of the line and try to grab the next table. Patient attentive staff (we came unprepared after a nearby establishment just left us after seating us). Clean dining area. Counter order is brought to table. Decent beer selection. Pizza crust is thin and crispy with creative specialty toppings as well as standard fare. Give it a try if you haven't.

We have been going to the Salty Caper for many years. When we first went, it was a true hole-in-the wall pizza place located in a historic building. During the pandemic year, they expanded next door and probably quadrupled their capacity. This was a good thing, because their pizza and beer selections are outstanding!
