Ok folks. Stop scrolling and looking for a place to eat. THIS is the place. I was blown away by how amazing this place was. Beautiful restaurant with a nice classy look inside. White tablecloths but not so fancy that you need to dress up to come in. The food - I had a stuffed salmon and it was, HANDS DOWN, the best salmon I've ever had in my whole life. My wife & I used to eat at Chef Santos ' restaurant in Roanoke, VA back in the late 80s & early 90s. We were thrilled when we recently found out that he has been in Salisbury, NC since 1995. Last night was our first experience of dining at his Salisbury location. We weren't disappointed. It was WONDERFUL! We will be making the 50 minute drive from High Point many more times!

This is the best place for Italian in the area! They brought out hot fresh bread to the table, I'm gluten free and was never so tempted to just nibble it smelled so good but thankfully my salad came out and that balsamic vingarette was so yummy. I ordered the Pollo picatta with gluten free pasta. . Hands down the best most amazing gluten free pasta I've ever eaten, so delicious when my hubby ordered dessert, I ordered another small bowl of pasta this time with marinara sauce....read full review
