EDIT: sooo my first time trying an actual burrito tonight, 12/16. I always get a bowl. Never any complaints with my bowl (sloppy burrito). But tonight, I decided to try the ACP Burrito. Very disappointed. More than 3/4 of this burrito was rice. I had to open it up and pick around all of that rice. There was also hardly any queso. Hardly any chicken. Guess Iâll just stick to my lil bowlâŠif I decide to go back. Iâm usually here at least 2-3 times a month. You can also tell when the females are tired or annoyed. They can come off pretty rude. Oh, and depending on whoâs making the burritoâs, their communication sucks.

Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a nacho bowl, but the nachos were missing. When I called to explain, management said they would need to review the cameras to determine if the nachos were forgotten, which felt unnecessary and insulting over something so small and came across as if I was being accused of lying. The employee who prepared my food told me to have it rung up as a âsloppy burrito,â which likely caused the order to be wrong. Customer service was very poor, and I felt I was treated unfairly, possibly due to my skin color. I would not return and would not recommend this location, especially to Black customers.

Thus was our first time here. We are looking in the area to buy a house and our realtor suggested this place. OMG!!! Food was superb and the atmosphere very relaxing even with it being crowded. The staff listens to you and were very patient with us. Definitely a place that we would like to try again especially if we get a house in this area đđŸđ€đŸ

I absolutely love this restaurant! I come at least once a week! I do NOT go to Chipotle anymore!!!!! Depending on the staff and shift sometimes the workers are really really nice and other time well mainly just a couple of women workers are a bit rude or not as welcoming. Still doesnât stop me from coming, there is this one young man that stands out and make my burrito perfect every single time I keep forgetting to ask for his name! I honestly look for him going in hoping heâs there to make my burrito and he doesnât even know! He makes it with love and make you feel good about anything you ask for on the side! I honestly wish Go Burrito had more locations but I love it! I missed it when I moved away from Salisbury and I am so glad to have eaten it again! After over 5 years! Itâs still amazing!

Great atmosphere. Food has been top notch so far on 2 visits. PLENTY of burrito per serving. I split mine with my lovely better half and we're both full. Kind of a less formal, younger version of Tijuana Flats but still great in its own right. They could keep up better with the tables in their dining room...Other than that.... No complaints. 4.7 stars.
Go Burrito has always shown me great customer service . A couple weeks ago Josh helped me after Uber Eats was only allowing us to pick one topping per category so he took my additional toppings that werenât able to be added over the phone and took my payment for a couple of up charges I had. Food was good as always, they went above and beyond for me, super friendly. Tonight we ordered again and had the same problem so I added our orders to the cart and added what was allowed. I then called and spoke to Christina. She was very helpful and patient. I had quite a few items better the 3 meals that I needed to add so she write everything down and just go be sure there would be no confusion she made my order herself. She was extremely helpful and nice. She was able to add my up charge items to my Uber Eats order even though I had already checked out and paid. I canât say anything bad about them. The young lady that was working with Christina tonight (11-14-25) she was the original person helping me with my add ons and just to be sure everything was smooth Iâm assuming thatâs why she had Christina speak with me (sheâs the manager) anywayâŠ.the young lady that helped me first was also extremely nice and helpful however I did not catch her name. Their customer service is remarkable if I must say so and Lord knows thatâs almost non existent now days. Highly recommend to any one

Affordable and tasty! We shared the San Diego burrito having never had fries on a burrito before and it was GREAT! LOVED the Salsa bar too, especially the Peach Habanero and Cilantro Inferno! We got cheese sauce for our chips and it was great drizzled on the burrito too. Our first stop in Salisbury for the HippiFest and it did not disappoint
