I’ve never seen a place blatantly look at order notes as this establishment. 2 different occasions I’ve received entirely wrong orders. Love the food just the overall management of orders is terrible

What's happened to your onion soup? When we had it with our to-go order today it was terrible. It tasted like terrible Salisbury city water, mix with a miniscule amount of broth and some onions on top. Please consider filtering your water. It would make the rice taste so much better too!

The guy at the take out window is very rude!! I asked for an extra shrimp sauce and he said you can ask for it but you have to pay for that! I said okay I can pay for it and he charged me $2 for a small cup. Will not go back

The food was pretty good, but portions were small for the price. I came in over at least two hours before closing and was rushed to order and rushed to get out. I felt unwelcome and pressured.
The crab rangoons were fresh and crispy. The miso soup was good but small. The sushi was good but definitely not the best.
The hand rolls were beautiful, but the first bite of two of tuna had a huge piece of grizzle in it, and it was hard to bite through.
The dining room was long and open, and quite loud. I may return, but I really wasn't impressed.

Ordered a salmon skin roll, a spicy tuna roll, and another tuna roll with tuna ontop instead of flounder!

This establishment does not read the special instructions on orders. And they drench rolls in so much sauce you can’t taste the sushi for what it is.

When called to explain the situation and when ask for a refund the disrespectful worker would not assist.

By FAR THE WORST sushi restaurant in Salisbury.
Absolutely disgusting, and will not EVER come back. And recommend other to do the same.

I have been coming to Katana pretty much since it opened. This last visit will likely be my last visit! We ordered the Ninja dinner for 2 and a combo plate with chicken and steak. I don’t know if it was new cooks or food suppliers but all of the meals were horrible! The food was cold and it looked like it was boiled rather than cooked on a grill. The steak was 50% grizzle and fat. The server was no help in resolving the issue as he never came to check on us. It’s rare that we don’t take home the leftovers but we literally left 80% of what we were served. We have noticed a decline in food quality on our last few visits but this poor quality was on a new level. No more!!! On a positive note the cashier did offer a discount and stated we weren’t the first complaint he had dealt with that day.

I love this restaurant. The food is great. The service is wonderful. The guy with the long hair is very nice and friendly. The price is right. The atmosphere is very nice. Definitely with a visit.

Sadly, I did not like their food. I had the crunchy crabn and chicken roll. I did not like either one of them. There was just way too much sauce on them. It ruined it for me. I did not take it home. The edamame was very bland and you don’t get very much . I enjoyed the crab Rangoon. The fried rice was very bland also. But I think maybe I’m just used to KOBE steakhouse in Orlando. Every place that I’ve been here does not compare.

Come on katana you all gotta do better, you all really going down hill now!!! Had the steak hibachi and one piece of meat had a bone in it.
