Katana Japanese Fusion

Sadly, I did not like their food. I had the crunchy crabn and chicken roll. I did not like either one of them. There was just way too much sauce on them. It ruined it for me. I did not take it home. The edamame was very bland and you don’t get very much . I enjoyed the crab Rangoon. The fried rice was very bland also. But I think maybe I’m just used to KOBE steakhouse in Orlando. Every place that I’ve been here does not compare.

Come on katana you all gotta do better, you all really going down hill now!!! Had the steak hibachi and one piece of meat had a bone in it.

For some reason or another it seems every time I ordered something from this place I end up with a headache. I usually get the vegetable entree, teriyaki style. But I have tried the other to styles also hibachi or katana. Still the same problem, headache afterwards. This might sound crazy to some, I also thought this was crazy to think until my child had the teriyaki chicken entree and started to complain of a headache afterwards. Something not right here, I'm sure we are not the only ones.

Beyond annoyed with them and door dash. You cant even order from this place before they open anymore without it going completely wrong. Ordered today at 1030 before they even opened to ensure it would be here on time for lunch scheduling and nope! It's almost 1 pm and still nothing is here. No one can answer, the dasher has been picking my food up apparently for the last order as the menu screen will not load past that. Much better options else where. This is also not the first time this happened, more like the fourth or fifth.

Katana Japanese Fusion is one of those restaurants that surprises you with just how flavorful and well-prepared everything is. I was in town for work and ended up eating here 3 of the 5 days.

The Katana Style Flounder was the highlight – perfectly cooked, tender, and bursting with flavor. The seasoning and preparation really set it apart from anything I’ve had locally.

The sauces at Katana deserve their own mention. They elevate every dish, especially the shrimp sauce, which was rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious. It paired wonderfully with the seafood and added an extra layer of flavor without overpowering the dish.

Another standout was the Ka-Bang Shrimp. Cooked to perfection, it had just the right amount of crispiness on the outside while staying juicy on the inside. The sauce on it tied everything together, making it one of those appetizers you immediately want to order again.

Service was fast too, two dishes came out ready to go within less than 10 minutes.

i always mobile order and pick up sushi here, and its amazing everytime. not once have i had to wait past the time i scheduled a pickup for. and everytime they put the same awesome effort into my rolls. love this place!

Great service & friendly staff. Location is unassuming & so is the interior. We had a variety of sushi, which was unremarkable. The soft shelled crab was fishy, and pretty sure it was frozen, as well as the crab in the sushi, but the fish seemed to be fresh.
For the price, it was acceptable but if you are looking for really delicious sushi that delights the senses, this isn't the place.

I had a phenomenal experience here as a first timer!
De-De (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) was amazing! We love him as our server and the food was delicious! Food was out within 15 minutes and fresh! The Samarai sushi was delicious as well! Highly recommended!
