The best and authentic Mexican food around
We have been eating here for years first at the truck on Webb Rd. When that property was sold they reopened the restaurant. It is a family run business. It is hands down the best authentic Mexican food in NC. Great food from a wonderful family.

Taqueria Guanajuato Restaurant | Mexican delivers great food with nice sized portions and friendly staff. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients. The Birria Ramen and the Birria plate are both amazing. The chips and salsa come with a great selection of hot sauce. The carnitas are highly recommended, and the caldo de rez is great on a cold day. The birria tacos are flavorful and delicious, with tortillas that are soft and warm—never dry. The dishes are seasoned to perfection and full of flavor. The staff is super friendly, respectful, and provides great customer service. The service is fast and very attentive. The strawberry margarita is the perfect mix of juice and alcohol. Portions are quite large with a wide array of salsas. This place delivers true authentic Mexican food.
