Ordered 3 piece big box online. Received mashed potatoes and gravy instead of cole slaw. One chicken breast was so tough it was completely inedible. Also ordered a famous bowl which was only half full with 5 VERY small pieces of popcorn chicken on it. The staff was nice during pickup but unfortunately I can't eat good service...

I'd give negative stars if I could. I came in to pick up a doordash order. The lady up front tried to tell me that I had to confirm the order...this was before they even had my doordash order ready to go. I explained I'm not confirming until you have the bag ready and she continued to argue with me. The point in confirming the order is to confirm that you actually got the order correct and ive got the order, giving the reviews it's apparent you don't get the orders correct. Then, another lady who is making biscuits is looking at me real nasty and makes a comment about "that's how we roll." I will allow my rating on DD to go down before I ever accept an order for this KFC again. Furthermore, I'll never order food from here for myself or my family. This must be why this KFC never has customers.

After along days work I decided to get my family dinner. I ordered two spicy chicken meals w fries w tropical passion lemonade . Also two ten piece apple popper pies and a 12 count nugget meal w fries honey mustard and kfc sauce w a tropical passion lemonade. My order total was 43 dollars and some change . I was pulled for 15 mins . The food I recieved was hot I’ll give them credit. But my nuggets weren’t in the bag after driving home . So what am I to eat. I drove back got to the speaker and told them what I was missing. The cashier told me the manger said she put the in the bottom of the bag . I told them I’ll put to the window so she can check I have absolutely no reason to lie about nuggets for 8 dollars when I spent 43. Once approaching the window the manger refused to check the bag . Told me pretty much as a customer I was a liar . The cashier laughing like it’s funny . I told her I should ask for a refund . Since I’m accused of lying about nuggets .

I have filled a official complaint w 1800-call-kfc But this generation of mangers and cashiers have to be stopped . Maybe even re trained this is not customer service standards. KFC on Mooresville rd in Salisbury nc please do better!!!!!

The staff were friendly. My Korean fried chicken sandwich was great. Served hot and fresh. The dining area was spotless. Will definitely recommend this KFC location.

What a well-kept restaurant! I walked in and was immediately impressed with how clean and beautiful the dining area was! Updated decor and furniture, welcoming lighting, etc. I also got my food very quickly and it was correct and delicious!
Often reviews only get written when the review is negative so I wanted to take the time to call them out for doing great! —especially when it’s so common for Salisbury fast food locations to be dirty and gross. Well done!
Prices have gone up and as much as I like it, don't think it's worth what the new prices are.

Kinda disappointed. Purchased the #7 tenders big box. And it was 13.90. And it just wasn't enough for the price. This will be the last time for me. There's other restaurants around that is offering more bang for the buck
