So upset at this establishment. I ordered my food at 2:39 via drive thru. I ordered 2-6 piece wings boxes. After paying, I was informed that they only had 10/12 wings ready. Cool. I’ll wait. I heard the cashier tell the others that I’ll wait. After sitting outside til 2:56PM, I went inside. After waiting for another 5-10 minutes, 2 managers peeped me waiting and said NOTHING. The young lady who took my order walks up and informs me that they forgot to drop my wings, and offered an apple pie. I’m allergic to apples!!! Waited another 10-15mins. Still NOTHING!!! I asked for a refund and the very lazy female manager gave it me. No apology, no comp, nothing. Couldn’t even look me in my face! Customer service at its WORST!!! This would have been my first time eating today, seeing as to how my depression oftentimes makes me forget to eat. Then to deal with this unacceptable crap??!!! I would’ve given ZERO starts if I could’ve😒

I was really taken aback at the service offered here.. In general most fast Food places arnt the best when it comes to service however this KFC IS ABOVE AND BEYOND THE BEST! The staff here are incredibly fast, efficient and all arpund great workers. Dinaysha went above and beyond helping not only I, but others I witnessed coming and going. She is definitely a great asset to this store and staff. Thanks again for everything Dinaysha!!

I ordered at the drive thru. I ordered krispy wings. I got to the window and the person took my card and I paid for my meal. Then he said we are out of Krispy chicken. I told him he should have told me that BEFORE he took my money. Now I have to either get the nasty original or wait 3 days for my money to be put back on my card. I reluctantly took the original. He gave me an extra wing for my inconvenience but when I got home, I found I was missing my biscuit. I did not enjoy my meal.

I ordered online got here an hour before they close. They had no chicken available. They would not cook anymore. So we were left without money and food. They didn’t give me a refund. Just a damn phone number to call and I’ve spend 30 minutes on phone trying to get my money back. I will never buy from them online again. I will from now on go to Bojangles for chicken. How can a chicken place not have chicken. And the manager Keylin was rude and very incompetent.

Absolutely awful experience we went through every item on the menu just for them to tell us they do have it. The service is awful and you probably won't be leaving with food

I don’t know who made my Chicken Littles with the mayo on the side, but Lady, thank you so much! The taste of that mayo in the dispenser is simply to die for! You gave me more than enough to last me almost a week, and I can’t wait to smash it on a hamburger! It’s the little things that make a big difference, and I truly appreciate the generous portion. Keep up the fantastic work!

My order was correct. The food was packaged nicely in both plastic and a part bag. The cashier was friendly and the food taste good. Not sure of what is going on with our food but it tasted better back in the 80's when I was growing up. The original recipe was the bomb 😋😋
