I always order the same thing but today I wanted to try something new. I went through the drive-thru and the lady helped me decide and was very patient in describing new products. A friendly smile greeted me out the window and I love the cortado she suggested. ❤️

There’s a young man that wears a beanie and works the drive thru window who is never the friendliest and gets upset when the drinks aren’t made right and you ask him to correct them. Usually don’t have a problem with drinks being made wrong at other Starbucks but this young man always seems to have an issue when I order a doppio espresso. It’s only when he’s there at the window bc I’ve had other young ladies at the window and they make my drink right. Not once or twice has he got an attitude but multiple times. As someone who has social anxiety and hates asking people to remake things that are made wrong, he makes it harder.

Went in on Sunday and ordered a hot white chocolate peppermint mocha waited “20” minutes and never got my order. Ended up leaving with NO coffee after paying. This store has issues with getting orders out in a timely manner. Seems worse when you go inside. I am DONE with Starbucks!!! I’ll go to a local coffee shop who appreciates my business. See Ya!!!! ✌️

I’ve stopped by on multiple occasions hoping to grab a sandwich or an egg and cheese box, but there’s always an excuse that they’re sold out. It’s frustrating to pay premium prices and never have basic menu items available. Management needs to improve their ordering and inventory so customers can actually get what’s advertised.”

This location is the slowest I’ve experienced. We’ve stopped a few times while traveling and each time it’s been cold food and burnt coffee.
