I ordered my drinks online 20 mins before getting to the store and when i arrived only ONE of my 3 drinks were ready amd they were getting other orders out and i dont understand how you only make one drink in the order and skip the others. I was inside for 10 min before asking for my money back as nothing that i ordered was ready. They could of atleast given me the drink that was sitting there for 20 mins with the foam all fallen to the bottom. Deff disappointed. They need better organization.

I come here frequently and my food and drink is always prepared just the way I requested, which is great.
Recently I was using the cafe and spilled my coffee on the floor and all of the team members jumped into action to assist.
One of the baristas remade my drink while another mopped the floor; a third followed up with me to see if I needed anything.
The whole situation was resolved in under 5 minutes and I was back to work.
Really appreciate the team here!

Overall was an okay experience. The people who were making the coffee were really nice and made our drinks perfectly. However, we did go inside and order and the cashier, Robin seemed to have a bad attitude. We were polite and didn't rush in giving our orders. However, Robin seemed to be inconvenienced by everything we asked for. We got two drinks with modifications and she seemed frustrated every time we asked for something. She seemed indifferent and had no enthusiasm. I get it's a Sunday but some manners would be nice. Other than this though honestly a nice clean store. Just wish the cashier had a better attitude.

Stopped at this location while traveling with family. There were two guests seated and no one in line. No one greeted us when we walked in nor did anyone say anything when I walked to the register. I opted for whole milk with the caramel macch. That was a mistake because my entire drink tastes like whole milk and no expresso, this is my usual. I used points to redeem this drink which makes even more disappointing that it tastes horrible. Additionally we were waiting for our orders in the seated area and our names were never called. So we were just sitting until I checked the counter. No customer service interaction at all. The young lady that took my order appeared short patient when one of my kids wanted to change their order. Very helpful! Store was clean but the first bathroom had poop in the toilet when I entered. Clearly the staff had not cleaned it. 😶
Staff is friendly. However, every single time I come to this location, they don’t add any vanilla to my vanilla latte. It literally never fails that my coffee order is wrong here and it’s so disappointing because it’s the one time a week I treat myself.

Placed my order 2:59, wasn’t ready until 3:20. I only had 2 cars in front of me and i was in the drive through for 20 minutes. The wait is absolutely ridiculous, when i can go to another starbucks and get my coffee in 4 mins with more cars ahead of me. No apologies or anything, when the manager handed me my coffee they didn’t even say one word to me even when i told them thank you. I will not be back. Horrible service.
