The wait time at this location is absolutely ridiculous. My family and I were in the midst of a day-long drive home from a visit with family and needed a quick pick-me-up. We ordered a coffee, hot chocolate, strawberry açai, and cake pop. 50 MINUTES LATER we finally got our order. When we asked about why the wait time was so long, we got a shrug. NEVER STOPPING HERE AGAIN.

The staff is great except for one tall African-American female manager. She literally needs customer 101 training. I’ve never written a review but decided to take the time to write this after this experience! If I owned a business, I would want to know about her !!!! She was extremely unfriendly and acted like I was a bother for ordering a Coffee Traveler.

I did a mobile order and chose drive thru to pick up. It usually doesn’t take long but it took 45 min to get my order this time. My drink had no ice and it was warm. I ordered an iced macchiato. My husbands drink was fully melted. He ordered a frappe. They almost forgot one of the baked goods. I thought, “ok maybe they’ll remake it by the time I go up there since I’ve been waiting in line for 40min.” Nope. Got to the window at 45min and drinks were not satisfactory. Food was cold. Not a great experience this time around.

Very bad experience!! I usually love coming to this place however recently it looks like some employees are more concerned at teaching each other lessons. Particularly, Mr Ted who had the worse attitude and was very passive aggressive with not only the other baristas but also the customers. Disappointed! And hope management does something about this matter Disprespect among peers and customers is not something someone hopes to see when going to a coffee shop!

How do you walk in with no one in line and be told your wait will be 10-20 minutes? I guess drive through and online are taking precedence over walk ins. That is ridiculous. It ain’t worth that!
We drove 15 minutes to get to a store that is under construction. Great for remodeling but should have consideration for customers and our time. Someone should have taken their time to update schedule on Google and do it again when they are finished remodeling.

I love this Starbucks and I got a Carmel Carmel ribbon crunch! I love how I can taste the coffee and Carmel. I also got egg bites they were so delicious! I definitely recommend! I ordered online and they had it ready as soon as I stepped inside!!
