I have been to this location multiple times and every single time they are slower than molasses. Doesn't matter what time of day (I have been early morning, night, rush hour or not) it is, they are always slow to get your order out.

The wait time is ridiculous. I was here over 40 minutes and there were only about 5 people in front of me. This has been my worst Starbucks experience. I recommend you go to another one or somewhere else altogether.

The person at the front was extremely unpleasant and should not work customer facing. Their resting face was uninviting, and their tone was stand off-ish. See photos, I chose a cup that specifically said 30% off so when we rung it up, I simply asked. In her defense she wasn’t sure, so she grabbed another person. Who unpleasantly said “it’s not on sale- it was simply put in the wrong spot.” I can accept that answer if someone simply misplaced it. But to have 2 more cups put on that same shelf is misleading. I come to Starbucks a lot- not this one. Which I will not be coming back. After they said that it was put in the wrong spot, I told them that it was disappointing but I am still going to purchase. The original person then gives me a look for being disappointed. And has a tone to her voice “What else?”. At this point and as someone who works with people, deflect the situation and just be nice. I then ordered my coffee and felt uncomfortable, after that she looks at me and says “well there’s nothing we can do about the cup” which I thought we moved on but she kept beating it into the ground. In an extremely rude tone she says “What is your name?” I stated I have the app and that’s not necessary. She scans and immediately walks away. I understand it’s the holiday season, and they’re BUSY. Completely get it, I have grace in my heart for people who work customer facing. Her attitude was uncalled for, and quite frankly I think it’s just her personality. The others that made my drink were very pleasant and the Starbucks itself was gorgeous. Just disappointed in how I was treated when ultimately it was their error. I guess it should be expected since we're in the holiday season. But I had to go inside the store because the drive-thru was too long. Once inside to place my order for a drink and for a breakfast item, and after waiting about 15 minutes, I found out my breakfast item was never put in the heater. The staff was friendly but the wait was unnecessary head my item been placed in the heater when ordered.

This is a great location for me. I'm a local Realtor and sometime I just need a great coffee and somewhere to work from my laptop for a little bit and this place is the place.It's also the last stop when my family has dinner with my sister and her family. We always end our dinner date with a great coffee at this location.Parking: It has alot of great parking. It's also right night to a large strip shopping area that has alot of great parking. If your pulling a camper/boat etc. the parking in the shopping area is large enough to get in and out with ease.

I have come to this location once before and waited over an hour just to receive a refund for my drink...I gave them the benefit of the doubt last time because I know things happen...however today same thing.I waited 45 minutes for them to only give me half of my order and lost the other half.Unless you have the time to wait, I would suggest another location. I think I'll stick to the concord location off 29 or Afton Ridge...
