Why cant I just order at the counter like a normal person instead of standing at the kiosk equivalent of urinal stall

Went to go through drive through but lanes was blocked off. Was people inside eating so went to go inside but doors are locked. It was only 6:00 pm and they are already closed? Absolutely ridiculous! Why was there people inside eating and doors locked already and way before closing time? Yall need to work on y’all’s hours or something because Yall won’t stay in business if Yall can’t even stay open. And it’s not even a holiday. It’s a normal business day. No reason for it. Had to go to a different Taco Bell. And this hasn’t been the first time we’ve had to go to a different Taco Bell. This Taco Bell sucks! Don’t waste your time go to the other one. Claim they also don’t have 12 tacos. Just didn’t wanna make them. Your a taco place how tf do you not have 12 tacos. So don’t waste your time or money. Go to the other Taco Bell. The way this one is they don’t be open much longer like this!!!

Standard Taco Bell. Overall the staff is pretty good the food is good and there's nothing in particular to complain about. It does get busy real late when other restaurants are closing. The only thing that could get a little Annoying is sometimes they will have you wait in the Drive-Thru after you take your order before letting you go up to the front window.
Parking: Overall kid friendly just be careful in the busy parking lot

Ordered new Double Decker there for short time. They made Stacker tacos off value menu. Don't know what a Double Decker is. They always rude and fighting with each other. The other visits they didn't get the order right either. I'll drive further to another one.avoidthat restaurant.

Ordered a chicken cantina bowl in the drive through. Got home and while eating the chicken cantina bowl I felt a hair in my mouth/lips that was still wrapped around the fork. I pulled the hair out of my mouth, it was connected to food in my throat - fun gag fest. The food was fine other than that - from what little of it I ate.

Customers at the counter were just standing around waiting for someone to acknowledge them all the workers just looked at them like they weren’t there. They were only worried about drive-through and that’s the sad story about Taco Bell. They usually are but I guess that’s also McDonald’s as well but that’s another story.
The staff was very loud talking and using profanity the cashier had a nasty attitude

One of my Top 10 favorite late night places to go to! Favorite thing is the chicken enchilada burrito and it's under $3!!! And it's HUGE! So I can eat out for a late night cravings for under $5 burrito and drink and not feel guilty when I have a house full of food lol
