This Taco Bell is about as nice as you could hope. They were fully staffed, and they had two lines making food which meant that the orders in the store and the drive thru were getting made quickly. They also had a nice lady who was very attentive to the people in the store and made sure we got everything we needed quickly. Overall a great experience.

Hands me a bag going to tell me have a nice night then when I came back through the drive-through, MISSING HALF MY ITEMS going to tell me, I drove off without them saying anything…. Gaslighting is WILD. Maybe if the bag wasn’t halfway filled up with sauce I would’ve thought that I got my entire order when you said have a good night. Ignorant staff.

Service was very slow The restaurant was not that busy and we waited over 20 minutes for three orders! One of the orders was not supposed to contain jalapeno cheese and it was on there anyway! While my girlfriend and teenage son were in the restaurant ordering I was propositioned for prostitution in the parking lot twice! I would definitely not recommend going there at night and definitely not recommend bringing your children there!

If I could give zero stars I would. The staff on this Friday night made me feel unsafe. They were fighting, threatening to quit, fight each other, and just acting a complete mess in the building in front of customers. The younger girl was on a break probably and was too lazy to open the bathroom for me. I asked her to let me in and she said she “didn’t know the code” which is a complete lie but whatever. I was actually surprised that this store had a rating in the 3s. Staff hated each other and everyone was mad at one another. They need to let people go, hire new people, or fix something there. Miserable and terrible environment.
Also potatoes were definitely sitting out for at least 2 hours. Disgusting and dry. Be better

Tacos were stale as hell. They gave the wrong sauce. Fries were terrible. Terrible food quality. They also tell you to not to drive up and to wait at the drive through order screen when nobody else was in the line for whatever reason.
Ordered through app. When we got to the store, drive thru was closed, alot of waiting on the inside. My order was supposed to be ready 10 minutes after ordering, it took an additional 20 minutes. There was 6 or 7 employees working. 2-3 guys doing food, and the girls handing out food and standing around. 1 of the guys preparing the food, kept touching his glasses, and pulling up his pants and continued to touch food. While waiting , a few orders were wrong, and when confronted by customers they were given attitudes and their food thrown away. My order only had 1 item wrong, didn't know they made a potatoe taco, lol. Everytime we go there, there is an astronomical wait time. We've even been told to not pull forward when ordering allowing , I don't know, more wait time. This place has gone down hill. Doesn't ever seem to be a manager or person in charge on site running things.

Don’t waste your time with this location Here recently the drive-through has been closed because they are worried about their drive-through time either that or they tell you not to pull up from the order window until the food is ready. This location is going downhill really fast. The people at this location act like you’re asking for the world anytime you do any kind of substitutions There is no sense of urgency at this location and half the time the food is wrong.
