I walked into thos restaurant this evening and one of the employees told me I was trespassed and he was going g to call the police. I have never done anything wrong or even talked inappropriately to anyone. The night manager just laughed his name is Puff. The employee who told me to get out was rude . My family member used to work here a while back but no longer does. This African American employee embarrassed me this evening in front of my younger son whom was outside and wa Ted to k ow why we couldn't get food from here. I told him idk and would find out. This is the 2nd time this has happened Ed to me. What cause I am homeless? I am always clean never dirty a d do t beg for anything always pay on my debit card. I will be contacting the attorney General on this matter. I k ow for fact this had happened Ed ro 2 other ppl I know.and the night manager let hos employee embarrasse andal.ost harass ppl in this location. Why do they insist on breaking every one of my tacos I ever get there????? Is it a competition??? So pissed it’s like this every time I go!!! Guess soft tacos from now on. At least they can’t break my shit. The Mexican pizza tastes horrible. Like 5month old shells. Don’t try.

The nacho chips had a bad taste and smell to them and we were unable to eat them. Whatever shell they made the Mexican pizza with was also old tasting. Didn't take back since I wasn't going to drive there again. Threw the items in the trash. Management may want to check the expiration date on those items. The smell and taste gave it away that they were not good. Total of my order was right at $50. Very disappointed.

This is the 3rd time we've gave them a chance. The food was so greasy we couldn't eat it. Seems like they are more concerned about getting the Door dash and other delivery orders ready before anyone else. This USED to be our favorite place to go on this side of town. It's really sad that the prices have almost doubled but the food quality is terrible. 2 of our drinks were good, we ordered 1 tea that was watered down, looked like it had been sitting awhile. No pride at all!! We will not be going back.

Man, what happened?? This Taco Bell used to be my go-to. The staff was nice, they were fast, and the food was consistently well prepared. About 2 or 3 months ago though, they completely fell off. The past 3-4 times I've gone it has taken well over 30 minutes for them to make my mobile orders, and it is inevitably missing items and the food is thrown together. The staff is still as friendly as they can be, but something has changed for the worse. I'm not gonna go here anymore, I got less than half my order this time and the food I got was smashed into a bag. What a shame, used to be a reliable quick option.

At 7:18 I went through the drive through. It was not salted so it was covered in ice. Then no one was there to take my order. After I went around the door on the front was not unlocked. After I went inside, I told him that somebody wasn’t wearing their headset. In addition to the service, one of the screens is broken on the right hand side, and you can’t even read half of the menu

I don't work here, I dont want to place my own order. No menus so you can budget your order, it's prison grey inside, all the chair are uncomfortable, the bathrooms are locked so I can't wash my hands.. It's obvious they don't want people eating in anymore.

On December 14 2024 I came through the drive through at 0ne O Clock in the morning and ordered some food from this place and the girl at the window took my credit card and gave it back to me and I went home! My problem wasn't the food it was that someone from Taco Bell Video my card information and tried to make purchases at foot locker (600 hundred dollars) and Rainbows (300 hundred dollars) and another place for 200 hundred dollars and I was sent a alert of those transactions at 5:00 AM and the payment was not processed and the credit card company told me that it from a person who has a Salisbury address so it only could have been that young lady that took my order from the window that morning and and guess how Taco Bell wants to resolve this issue and that is they want to give me some free food instead of doing a investigation and removing this person from this place!!!! I don't have a thousand dollars to give anyone and I don't want this to happen to anyone else so be careful dealing with these fast food places
