Food is excellent, customer service is above standard sometimes the staff are a little gun shy to smile, but they warm up to you, after a while! The prices are high, but I didn't feel it until the end of the month! Just playing, I have learned you get what you pay for most times the cake that didn't pop was the carrot cake! I have visited this bakery multiple times and have always had the best experience. This is a great place for students, work from home people, and a great meetup place. They have a variety of hot and iced coffee as well as homemade baked goods and ice cream. There is a variety of places to sit and this place is very aesthetically pleasing as well as useful. We had thought it was nice to find an allergy friendly bakery. We were told the cakes were not cross-contaminated; however, I got severely sick later. There apparently IS cross-contamination of some kind. The young girl working the counter could have been nicer. It seemed to be a chore to wait on customers.
